what do you do when your 10 year old sister tells people that they are ugly,screams at the top of her lungs in an apartment complex,washes her hands after she touches Anything!!(and if she doesnt , she stuffs her hands in your face) 'till they're raw, threaten's people when they dont give her what she wants or dont do something the way she wants them to do it,is mean to animals, and doesnt do anything that she's told.
PLEASE!! i need advice on how to stop her!! she's been to therapy and that didnt do any good.
HELP!!

She has other things that need to be looked at. Something happened to her and she has put herself in a comfort zone. Give her a big hug and tell her you love and and will always be there for her.

The kid needs medication! Talk to her therapist about her behavior or another adult. She needs re-evaluation bigtime. If you don't you'll all be visiting her in jail in the next 10 years!

Since she has been to therapy, does she have a diagnosis? IF so maybe you might find another service to council her. She may need inpatient treatment.

um.. one word ORPHANAGE! Just kidding really. looks like a job for nanny 911! lol. If u don't do that then send her to the corner or try talking ot her in a nice calm voice.

Hang out with your own friends let your parents deal with her.
