I have been dating a guy for almost two Months. We get along fine. I usually see him twice or once a week, but he hasn;t asked me to be his girl. He's a nice guy, but I feel he's stringing me along. Should I continue waiting for him to ask me to be his girlfrind or should I give up on him.

A neighbor & I have been friendly for 3 yrs, she is also close with other women in the neighborhood for 2 yrs longer.Though
she claims that she feels closer to me & she is not sure if they're "friends" with her for her services as hairstylist, she does spend a lot of time with them. I am not a "party animal" as they all are, weekend get aways,drinking...I get together less with her. My husband hates the other women in the for their ways. I am not a fan of their ways either so I stay away from them. My husband has a hard time with me continuing a relationship with the one who I'm closest to because he feels her loyalty is split between me and them and so there is probability that if they spoke negatively about me she would not stand up for me. I agree. I focus on what she & I have, not on what they have. Being "friends" with her causes problems with hubby and she hasn't done anything for me to end our "friendship". She lives 5 houses down, hard to ignore. I just want to do right by him

All my life I have been told to always be honest and to never lie. So when my sister came to me and asked me to tell her what I thought of her, I told her the truth.

After I finished, she had tears in her eyes, but she thanked me for being candid with her, so I thought everything was alright.

But the next day, my mother came up to me and told me that my sister had spent the entire night crying, and she ordered me to go and apologize for whatever I had done. I was confused. I knew I had been what could be construed as hurtful, but I thought I had been constructive, and that she was glad I had been frank with her.

I'm hispanic, i've had a white girlfriend before but she didn't really hang out with my family because I wasn't sure she would understand our culture, I'd go to her house and her parents would be so nice and educated and quiet. She would come to my house and there would be 30 people home partyin, yellin, kids dancin in a corner, the dogs runnin up and down the house with loud spanish music in the background and my parents speakin spanish to her and givin her latin food she never ate before. We'll thats how we live, but i kind of felt bad because i thought she felt out of place. so my question is: Do white people feel comfortable when they go to a Latino household?

Just curious.....ok guys actions hardly ever match their words. But at the same time, guys ask and expect girls to just "trust" them and "go with the flow". So I wanted to get the opinions straight from the horses mouth. When the HELL do we know when ya'll are full of it or when we (girls) just need to be patient and not push things??

We have been letting them live with us for a year now and for only $200 a month and they go to the casino all the time. They were kicked out of their previous place and they keep getting rejected from other apartments. I want to raise the rent to 1/2 our mortgage and 1/2 the utilities but my husband thinks that is unfair. But if they have money to gamble... or I want to ask them to leave. the reason we only charged them $200 was so they could get back on their feet and I think they are taking advantage of our genersoity. I wouldnt even be this nice to my own parents. Should I stand my ground on how I feel or am I being unfair?

so i'm dating someone newly divorced and we've been together over a year. he still talks to his ex frequently, she sends pics, etc. he says its because they still have a home together. i found a very flirty text he sent to her and i almost left then he said it was a game to get her to give some of his stuff back. that was months ago. now i just found an email where he sent her pics of his new pet. hes giving me the excuse hes trying to show her hes moved on. i know hes lied in the past and ask should i stay or go? is this a legitimate excuse or just a cover for still being attached?

I am in my 30's, single mom with no child support. So I dont' get out alot. When I get to know a guy, I usually just have him over after the kids are in bed. Watch movies or whatever. Well I did meet a guy and we got along.. but I can't afford to go out and pay for a sitter.. so he is coming over tonight for the 2'nd time. He insists he is not 'all about the sex', but I don't believe any guy that says that. Is that cynical of me? Is that me having bagage when I don't believe that a guy is interested in more then sex? Even if I don't have sex with him.... and he still comes over.. I would tend to believe that he is 'working his way in' till I let him have sex with me.. am I wrong here?

If a guy is actually interested in me.... he needs to prove that too me, because I don't readily believe that to be true. But I will give him a chance if I like him. Is that cynical of me? Or just commone sense?

I met this man and he is stimulates me mentally, spiritually, and physically. He is from iraq, he work at home depot, he lives at a church home due to personal reasons, he doesn't drink or smoke, or have any baby mamas out there, and he doesn't have a car. As far as material things are concerned I have more then he does. I dont really care that he doesn't have as much as me, however I feel programmed (family and friends) to care about him not having a car, a place of his own, and just being in his situation.

I have an idea of what I am looking for in a man, and the qualities that I would like him to possess, but lately I've been asked out by several men who are not what I am looking for. I tell them no and go on my way. I'm starting to feel bad saying no all the time. Some people say that I am being to narrow in my search and I need to broaden my view. Others say, I doing the right thing and it is good to keep your focus on what you want. I'm confused. Which is it?

do you think most of your 'guy' friends really just want to be friends?? Or do you think that, if given the chance, they would fall victim to the passion of the moment? And what about you? with your guy 'friends', is it really just an innocent relationship, or are you waiting for that day when the sparks fly???

I have asked this before and listened to your answers. She has some gay male friends that are nudists that she visits. We went to a party last month wich most of you said not to worry. And she wore a dress that you could see right through. By the end of the night most of the people there had nothing on male and female including my wife. But after a few drinks I didnt care. I keep dressed all night and was just watching and talking to male and females. Well they invited us to another party Saturday night. My wife told me I had to be more relaxed and just go with the flow and not be so nervious when I am there. Should we go again?? And should I be more relaxed?? and just go with the flow?? Has any other couples gone to a party like this???
