it means he watches a lot of movies. That is a quote from an old romance movie. I can't think of the name right now, but it was pretty popular. It means it feels like this is the place he is supposed to be and feels safest in.
I'm not saying he's not being sincere at all. It may be that he's just unoriginal. If he is sincere than thats great.
But...be careful. When a man uses lines from a movie (not always) he is typically trying to use you for a bit and then move on to a better movie plot.
Don't rush things, instead of worrying about him being a keeper, just try to have fun and see where it goes.

Nope...it means he thinks you're a keeper. You have to decide for yourself if he is also. But saying things like that does make him a sweet guy!

I would say hell yes, keep him. I've said that to my fiance - because truly his arms feel like home when I'm in them - but I've never heard a "guy" say something like that before.

It's a big line of mush. Don't fall for it. You may regret being with someone who cannot come up with a better line of stuff that to use lines from movies.
