I started hanging with this girl, and I'm pretty sure were eventually going to go out. She is in one of my classes, she doesn't sit next to me though. I just feel it will be akward, like I should talk to her if we were dating. I don't know how to handle having a girlfriend who is also a class mate. Should I just be her girfriend outside of that class, and in class be professional about it?

This is quite long.
I lived up north in the UK and got with my best mate as I was due to move down South.
He decided he wanted to be with me and he moved down with me.
I fell pregnant and he convinced me and my 2 other daughters to move back up North where we got married.
Immediatly after the wedding he was chucking off his ring and leaving me, he was a drug user, violent and very abusive
He was always throwing me around infront of my girls and left me 5 times in 4 months,
One of which times was 2 weeks after a C-Section
If I asked him to feed the baby it would be 'bye *****'
He once left me cos I wanted to go for Xmas Dinner.
Anyway I left him after 18 months of hell and went back down south.
I tried to maintain contact but I was told to leave him alone cos I was a fruitcake, So I did.
I filed for divorce and had my address withheld and all of a sudden he says he wants to see the baby.
Visits were arranged at the contact center as he'd tried to snatch her before >>>>>

recently i took my ex to a dance as my date. things werent awkward at all because we had establisthed ahead of time that we were just friends. But during the entire dance he was either holding my hand or had his arms around me. And even when we would be sitting down he'd find some reason to touch me or he'd stop what he was doing if a slow song came on so that we could dance. after the dance he aslo stayed over my house for a few hours just to hang out even though my friends were there and he was the only guy. my friends say if he thinks were just friends that his definition is really weird because hes acting as if he was more than a friend. what do u think?

I have a friend that has relied on her daughter since she was 14. She watches her 12 and 8 year old siblings for abut 21/2 hours and starts dinner. I see nothing wrong with this and I feel that this is a normal thing for working families these days.

I'm 14 and i weigh 112lbs and I'm only 5'1! how can i loose weight? any tips or websites would be greatly apprieciated. I get called fat a lot and i believe im the fattest of all of my friends.

This will sound very stupid, but when I'm on the phone with my boyfriend and one of us needs to get off the phone, typically we always say 'Okay, I Love You, Bye" but sometimes he will just say "Bye" and I'll just say Bye to him also and we'll hang up. What's bothering me, is that I almost expect him to say "I Love You" to me when we get off the phone, and it worries me when he doesn't (because I'm a VERY paranoid person) and my mind starts to wonder if he still cares, or if he's cheating, or whatever. (Yeah, they are stupid thoughts but my ex boyfriends did crap like that to me) So, I'm just asking if these thoughts are some-what normal, and other women feel this way, or if it's just me who needs to get over it, and hope that nothing bad is going on. And It bothers me to the point of calling him back a few mins later and telling him myself that I love him. Should I just be saying it first, or should I be waiting until he's says it, and then respond to him?
