A yr. ago I dated this man. We were strong for a yr but I did not sleep with him because he made it clear he was really hurt by his cheating ex and he is not ready to put his heart on the line again. It ended and I started dating another man who claimed to be ready then changed his tune to the exact same one as the 1st man. I still have feelings for the first man and I know he is somewhat interested since he has been e-mailing and got jealous when he found out I was seeing someone else. Since they both offer the same thing, should I go with the 1st one or neither? I am in my 40's so I am no spring chick. I would like to be married but not very many men seem ready for it. Which one or neither?

If you and your g/f were having problems and not getting along
..what could ur g/f do that would make you want her even more or too just want to be with her even more?
And even some things that she could do without being able to see him or talk to him.

i've been in love with this guy since middle school. He liked me when we were in 2nd year highschool. I didn't know that he liked me until one night while we were chatting online, he told me that he USED to like me before and now he stopped liking me. which for some really odd reason made me love him more. well we used to be close, but when he got a girlfriend a couple monthes later we didn't talk, and hang out as much as we did before. and a while after that we got into a really dumb fight, and ignored each other for about 5 monthes.
and after the 5 monthes we became friends again, but the fight really affected our relationship as friends. what should i do, i'm really confused.

my husband and i have been together for 5 years. we have 2 kids together and he has 2 from his ex. in their divorce they got joint custody but he gets them for the school week. my problem is she is such a slacker. when i first got with my husband she would see the kids a couple times a month, now the same thing is happening again. she is always late picking them up, its always a inconvinence for her to bring them home. when she does get them she calls her sister up to watch them. she doesnt take them to the doctors or help with homework. she acts like shes just a baby sitter but she wants to make all the dicisions for them. she rarley buys them anything but when she does she want us to give her half the money back.(even for a $7 haircut!) anyways my husband tells me that i knew he had kids and i should deal with it, i love my step kids and i would do anything for them but i need a break! im tired and its hard enough to fing a sitter for 2 let alone 4. how do i make her watch her kids!

Hey everyone,

My best friend is joining the military and will be leaving for Basic Training soon, possibly in the next few weeks. He won't be here for his birthday if that is the case, and I won't be able to mail him anything for a while. I want to get him something special as an early birthday gift, but I'm not sure what. Being an amazing athlete, he LOVES sports, especially football. He enjoys music and really just having fun. I want to get him something special though, not just clothes or a cd or something. Do you have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

When I was pregnant with twin girls they were premature and I lost them. I named them and their names were Amanda Ashley and Sara Marie- My suppose to be very good friend was pregnant to almost due the same time I was. Well everything was very hard on me and my husband at the time losing our babies our world had been turned up-side down. Well my suppose to be friend at the time had her baby healthy girl and we went to see them and Congratulate them and bring thebaby a gift. Well I picked the baby up and was rocking her and I started to cry, I couldn't help it but tried to hide my tears-it was effident though to everyone. In the mean time her name had not been mentioned and I asked well what did you name her and she says proudly Amanda Ashley, I broke down and ran out to the car, she never came out to me or never gave me any reason why she would do this. Do you think this is tacky or is it just me being too emotional? We haven't been close since. We speak and that is it.

So many people post personal questions on sextual content, etc. Most people are trying to get attention by saying their 15 and had sex, etc if you know what i mean. I think you shouldn't post stuff like this unless you actually have a REAL question about it. Some people ask very stupid questions about "personal" things related to "sex". Do you think they should consult an adult, about underage "sex", or should they post questions and comments on ask? My main question is..Is this act truly appropriate for young to older teens? They could be hiding information that they only post here? Do you agree? Post comments. I'm open for also different sides of your opinions. PLEASE PROVIDE A SMALL EXPLANATION! Also if you want me to add more info pelase ask, or if you dont get my point, i can re-word!

Can a couple marry and live appart claiming benefits for themselves? I have two friends who both have severe mental health issues they are very much in love and want to get married. Trouble is they would not be able to live together all the time and would be better living apart. This might sound weird but they do want to commit to each other in marriage but as they both can be very sick it is advisable that they each have their own homes. What would the position be regarding claiming benefits? Strange situation but it you knew these two you would understand.

most of my friends are my ex's or best guy friends there like brothers...
i have maybe 1 or 2 female friends...
but most of them i really dont like cuz they are Backstabbing witches if you know...
i love to play games like Halo with my guy friends i'll do anything if dared too... by the opposite sex and
sometimes i wear boys clothes with like a skirt or baggie pants with a low cut top ...

I recently got married 4 months ago. I was a virgin, however my husband was not. I am quite small 5'1 and 120, and he is about 6'1 210 very muscular. The problem is that he well endowed and often sex hurts. Lately I've been shying away from sex and he has taking notice. I talked to my gyno, and she said to give it time and take it slow. I don't want to hurt his feelings by not being intimate, but I need to find a nice way to tell him why I shy away from sex. I don't want to damage his ego, any advice?

Sorry about the length of this.

I'll just list some things that made me start wondering (not really in order, just as I thought of them):

I invited him to a restaurant (with a group of friends, not like a date or anything) and he went with us. He goes every week now, and sits next to me every time.

In one of my classes he used to sit two tables back, but now sits at my table next to me.

He says hi and makes an effort to talk to me when I see him.

When I went with him (and a group of people!) to a movie, he sat next to me and joked around with me a little.

Before we went to the movie I looked over at him and caught him staring at me and he looked away.

My roommate and I are having problems and he is siding with me and tells me all the time how she is a jerk (because he heard her talking about me behind my back once).
He told me he wants to play tennis with me sometime.

I worry he is just being friendly! What can I do to show him I like him, because I'm naturally quiet and shy.
