So I saw my ex-boyfriend at university today. I was walking on the sidewalk which was very crowded and I saw someone familar from afar. I realized it was my ex-bf. When he came closer up, we both just smiled & said hi but the sidewalk was busy so we didn't really have a chance to talk. BTW, He was comig OUT of the subway station while I was going in and it was really crowded. Also I think he was heading to class while I was goiing home. I saw him 2 months ago & he was REALLY happy to see, he stopped & we talked & he said we should hangout. He did call me after the last bump in at school & he wanted me to see a movie w/ him. He also says hi to me on msn sometimes. BUT last time I saw him, the sidewalk was not busy & we had a better chance to talk. My question is: if the sidewalk was not that busy & crowded today do you think he would've stopped & talked to me more?

so i recently heard that this boy, lets call him Jim, likes me. And his friend, lets call him Bobby, has been askin me if i like Jim back. Personally i really dont know. So Bobby had been texting me and he asked, "what would i do if he told me that he liked me?" but Bobby and Jim are best friends so i replied that even if Bobby liked me i wouldnt do anything bcause Jim likes me and Jim and Bobby r best friends. so me and Bobby were talkin like regular friends would then he asked me again what i thought of him. But now im really confused i think i like Jim but i dont know what to tell Bobby.

I met my girlfriend when she was 14, she is now 17, we've been going out for a while now but she is still only a sophmore in high school. I keep having this desire to marry her and dont want to lose her, but I dont know what to do. She wants to go to college and I dont want to stop her from doing that but I want to be with her. What should I do when she's about to graduate?

Okay today is my parent's anniversary and like a week ago I asked the wonderful communtiy of Yahoo Answer-ies about what i should do for them and i got good answers but not exactly what I was looking for. I'm a last minute person and i get it from my dad... i have 2 hrs max. to create a "little" party and a gift for them. I'm only 13 and I've been doing this for the past 4 or more years... Here's the situation: My boyfriend has a small dog and lives with a friend in a 2 bedroom duplex. He pays about $500 a month including the cable that's in his name which is about $140 a month (2 boxes, full package with DVR). The problem is, his roommate has a lot of personal problems. He has gone back and forth dating two different girls for quite some time and goes into deep depressions and disappears for days on end or vice versa where he stays home all day and watches TV.

The roommate's mother owns the house so he doesn't have to pay anything. What my bf pays goes to his roomie pretty much to cover water, gas & electric, etc. Lately, each month one or the other gets shut off for days at a time due to the bill not being paid. This coupled with the roommate not offering to pay part of the cable just seems wrong to me. My bf has had it but can't afford to move out since he's paying off debt. I'd take him but my place doesn't allow pets. What can he do?!

okay so i met this guy on my cruise, we had a thing and liked eachother a lot and after the cruise he contacted me and we talked a few times but then things died down a bit cause we live far away from eachother. about 2 months after the cruise i went to surprise visit him. he was really happy, and acted the same exact way as he did on the cruise. i was only there for about 20 minutes cause i had to go somewhere else. he contacted me after the visit and then things died down once again. 4 months after that in february, me and my friend contacted him because we happen to be going to college by where he lives in a few months and we were auditioning for dance. he said, of course, come hang out with us. we went there and hung out and once again, he acted the same exact way. he explained to me how me visiting the first time he was really happy but it was like giving him a puppy and then taking it away from him. he kept asking the question "can i keep it..is it mine?"..which was really cute. me and him talked for about an hour alone about everything. i left and he told me to text him when i got back to the hotel. he asked if i was mad at him for not talking to me all the time. i said no, and he said he can tell i was. but i wasnt, not at all. he texted me that night saying "thanks for coming cant wait to see u again." we spoke for awhile about the night and how we had fun and later on i said "goodnight have fun"..and he said "im going to sleep..all my fun left already." that night he commented me on myspace saying he had fun and he hopes to hear from me soon. two nights later he texts me again saying hey and we talked for awhile. i asked him to come to ny to see me, but he feels weird cause he doesnt know anyone and he feels as if everyone will "like him..then hate him" he said he would think about it, and i even said "we can go to the city." he told me "way rather see you then the city"..meaning it doesnt matter what we do, as long as i can see you..which was really cute. he then sent a couple of funny videos and one night his friends called me from his phone. i heard them say something about girlfriend in the background and he laughed and got on the phone and kept apologizing for calling so late..he told me he was really sorry and hed call me the next day. he was drunk when he called the last time, so he probably forgot the entire night because he didnt call the next day, and now we havent really been speaking..

does he like me a lot but finds it hard to talk to me because we live so far away from eachother and he doesnt want our relationship to develop anymore..and hed rather wait until im there to do it the right way?

and what if he gets a gf ..what does that mean?

There seems to be a menatlity that money solves all ills in marraige I had one person said the fist time I married for love the next time I will marry for money and another person said to me my next husband will be rich and take care of me.
Why is it the people tend to think because a man has money that somehow that solves everything and that life won't get on thier case in other areas?

My friend has been acting very weird and different around me. We used to hangout all the time and laugh at each other's jokes but now it's like she doesn't really care. She has this other friend that she hangs out with at lunch and stuff but she seems to talk to her more. Plus her friend always gives her hugs and stuff but it feels really weird to me when i am around both of them, not to mention that i don't like her other friend but i never told her that. Especially since after my friend got in a car accident that could have killed her, she didn't call me right away but her other friend. I had to call her and hear the bad news than. So I don't know what is going on and why she is acting very different. She will be normal one minute and the next be in kind of a bad mood. What should i do?

Alright, well everyday usually in the morning or after school by my locker this boy continues to stroke my hair while I get my books.. yes, I know its weird..I asked him why he has to stroke my hair all the time and if he would please stop.. Frequently, the lady of the couple will complain that the man never says, 'I Love you," and will pressure him a good deal about it. Would you, personally, rather have a guy that says the words, and then treats you lousy, disrespectfully, or often thoughtlessly, or a guy that treats you well, is honest, and is accountable for what he does/says, but is more emotionally distant. Not in a dispassionate lover sort of way, but just doesn't say the words, or speculate too much about the future. This especially applies in relationships less than a year.
