When she tries to flirt with him, he'll just flirt with me! HELP! I told her I dont like him like that and she doesn't seem to get it. She's getting jealous!

Tell the boy to back off. Friends come first. Its a cardinal rule of friendship that you never mess with a guy your friend likes.
It goes over doubly here since you don't even like this guy and he seems to just be a nuisance to you, causing unwanted grief between you and your friend.

Don't flirt back with him and try to get another guy... that way he'll know you're not available and give your friend more attention.

why dont you tell him instead that you dont like him and then tell your fren that your frenship worth more than the guy.when you talk to that guy, be serious and straight to the point
