Clean up the house for them. Make them a cake. Then sit down and make them a card, a home made card. Make it from your heart.
Tell them how you feel about both of them and what they mean to you. And how you couldn't imagine any other parents on the face of this earth being any better than they are. And that you wouldn't want any other parents in the whole world but them.
This wll surley win them over.
As a mom myself I love homemade cards. Because my kids wrote them not some stranger. And it express what they truly feel.
If you want a small party for them then only call and invite those who you know will show up.
But, better yet since it is there anniversary have them both a plate with some cake and forks ready for when they get home. Call a friend and see if you can spend the night if they say yes get your mom and dads permission to go. And when they are on there way to pick you up light some candles through out the house, dim the lights, and when your friend gets there be ready to leave right away so that your mom and dad can enjoy there evening alone.
I am sure they would love this. And then if you want you can throw them a party on another day with friends and family.
But, I am sure deep down that they would love to spend there anniversary alone together.
Good Luck. And I hope you found what you are looking for on here tonight.

Make them a cake, do all the dishes, put a nice tablecloth on the table, light some candles when they pull in the drive, and go to your room. Or, if they are more party people, invite everyone over, find some wine in the fridge or wherever, bring out the wineglasses, make a toast to them when they come on (you should be drinking grape juice) and have everyone play cards or something. Probably, leaving them completely alone would be the best thing... Most couples want privacy on their anniversary...

Quick,
Go get all your pictures over the past 14 years and make a little collage out of them.
Say you are going to get it professionally framed later.
It will be nice and they will love it.

Call up your family and neighboors, invite them all over, and tell them to bring food if they'd like. Order or cook their favorite ethnic food, ex. Mexican or Chinese, and frame a great family photo with a short note about what great parents they are and how you admire them.
