There seems to be a menatlity that money solves all ills in marraige I had one person said the fist time I married for love the next time I will marry for money and another person said to me my next husband will be rich and take care of me.
Why is it the people tend to think because a man has money that somehow that solves everything and that life won't get on thier case in other areas?

I totally agree with you on this one and see your point... Why do they think the grass is always greener and better on the other side of the fence when all it is is just more grass to take care of and if they would take care of their own yard and business the other yard would not look better? Marrying someone for money does not buy happiness and love in a marriage. A man with money definitley does not always buy a great marriage Sometimes it only leaves the wife lonely with just a big and empty house because money is his God. Just my humble opinion. A rich husband may not always take care of you either. they may be able to take care of bills maybe and buy lots of things BUT they may not take care of your emotional and romantic needs and they may have terrible personalities to boot. No one is perfect you know.

So, many people just don't realize or get it that the grass is greener where you take care of it. It isn't a money or love thing. It is simply how you take care of each other respectfully. It all could be so simple but people insist on making marriage tough. So many people get selfish and don't appreciate what they have. It's awful.

Probably these women married young, and all throughout their marriages, struggled with financial issues, because they are just starting out their lives at that point. They probably never felt "supported" as they had fantasized about when they were younger, and now, they want to relive their childhood fantasies. They forget that marriage = reality, and even the best marriages have their low points.

this is the epitome of why we are so effed up in today's society. no respect for the sanctity of marriage and the purpose. it isn't to pool resources (financial or otherwise) nor is it designed to be a repeated act. If you marry for love the "first" time, then why would you divorce? you say "till death do us part" so unless one of you lays it down......

money isn't everything. and sadly enough, neither is love. you have to work to make a marriage succeed, and when people don't work at it, they get divorced.
