So my girlfriend of a few months and i came clean about our past. She was fine with me and I hers except once i started thinkings about it. She has had sex with 5 people before me, the problem being is that I know all 5 very well. one of them i work with every day and I go to lunch with him a few times a week as well. This really bothers me becuase now everytime i see those guys im going to think of them having sex, i know shes with me and not them for a reason, but what can i do?!?! I dont want to confront my girl, becuase its in the past theres nothing i can do about it, we are totally happily inlove together and our relationship is 110% trustworthy! And i love that! But i just cant get my mind past her wild side from last year??? what do i do??

Okay, i got a myspace recently in order to keep in touch with friends who went off to college. Well, ive made friends with two girls at my college last semester but we dont see each other much cuz we dont have classes together this semester. i searched 4 both of them on myspace when i was just searching for people i knew to see if they had one and they both do. so heres the question. should i send them both a message saying that since we arent in class together i thought it might be a good way to keep in touch? or would they find it strange that i searched them? btw i liked both of them at certain points last semester but i dont think either knew it. now i just wanna be friends...i think. so help me out please!

I am a 34 year old man who would really like to meet someone and wondered where you believe the best place could be to find good girls. I have just come out of a relationship at work so that is out. I don't really like the idea of the drunken bars or clubs.

Any suggestions?

I finally decided on a date for my wedding, April 5th 2008, and I would like to use pink and white tiger lillies but i would also like to add colors of turqouise to the wedding colors. Any "themes" i could go with or colors? and centerpiece ideas if you have any. This wedding is going to be a formal wedding in a catholic church and a 400-500 guest reception. Very elegant, any ideas?

Hi... Im fifteen, and for a while I liked this guy. He was like my best friend pretty much and he liked me too but he had a girlfriend. He broke up with his girlfriend of nine months for me, and we've been "together" for about a month. But I don't really like things this way. I liked things better when we were friends. And also for this past month or so I've been talking to my other friend, and he recently asked me out... I explained to him my situation and how I was torn between him and this other guy, and he took it really well and told me that even if I didnt go out with him he would still be my friend. But I want to go out with him... I dont want to lose my current boyfriend as a friend though, because he's an amazing friend. And the fact that he broke up with his girlfriend for me makes me feel horrible about it. How do I go about breaking up with him without losing him completely?

My bf told me that he still loved me but was breaking up with me because he was starting to have feelings for someone else. I'm heartbroken and I told him I didn't want to be friends with him even though he did. I haven't seen him for a few days and I really miss him. What can I do now?

I am a 21 year old college student. I am Chinese but most people think that I am mixed. In the past I have had many oppurtunities with Asian girls but unfortunately I do not find them the least bit attractive. I have been attracted to white girls ever since I can remember. However, I feel like white girls become standoffish towards minorities, especially Asians. I have never had any sort of friendship with a Caucasian girl before. Is there something I need to do to make them warmer towards Asians?

I have been with my bf for almost 3 years. We were in the same state and I asked him to move in together, he said he is not ready. So I decided to move back to where I was from originally, for financial reasons. I knew I should have broke it off then, but he wouldnt let go, and we kept seeing each other, long distance relationship. It became very difficult for me to keep this relationship, as I slowly lost friends, I felt I was married to him but never could do anything with him ( because he is not here) and because my friends are gone ( he is jealous). He kept talking about marriage, and wanting me to move there. So I told him, propose to me and I will move. He wouldnt, saying it is either the money, or we argue too much... etc.. I became so angry w him all the time, b/c he wouldnt give me what I wanted, I wanted to be with him, and by his side, but he always acted ok with the distnce. I was the only one with the urge to be 2gether. Why didnt he propose if he loves me ?

My mothers friend has an 18 year old son. He has his 18yr friend come over every night. Instead of having him sleep on the couch or the floor in the living room, he has him sleep in his room, but not on the floor, in his same bed. Do you think he's gay? But that's not all. His 7yr old sister usually sleep in the bed with him. But that's not so bad because they only have one bed in their bedroom. That's not the point though. How can you have your 18yr old MALE friend sleeping on the same FULL bed with you and your baby sister. What if he decides to do something to her while you're sleeping? The bed is not even a king or queen bed, it's a full!, it's small! Would you consider it weird that he has his friend sleep on the bed with him every night? Including with his baby sister?

We had a fight from the bank to the car. He: yelling "but you need to have done it This way! You need to listen to me! She: "I did how I thought best. I never asked for your opinion. The transaction was personal anyway. Something about (only her) money. Please stop yelling!" He doesn't stop but parks the car. She gets out and buys a bottle of water, he follows and insists she come back. She says, not unless you stop yelling at me. He drives away and she has to walk home 6 mi in cold wind.

More background: rocky newlyweds. 8 months of 5 nights of fighting out of 7. She has a heart transplant and has been having chest pains recently "due to stress" says doctor. Still works full time with the severely mentally ill. High stress job already. He is agitated recently due to quitting smoking, college courses (when English is his second language), and still working full-time. Generally he is anxious and worries too much about everything - trying to control everything.

I've been married to my wife for quite some time now. There has been changes in both our lives, physically and mentally. For quite a few years she has been more like a sister to me than a wife. I've taken care of her because of physical conditions caused by doctors seeming not to care until it was too last. Myself, because of a injury to the head causing uncontrolable seizures had the left temperal lobe removed without success.
This surgery changed my personality quite a bit. Making me feel like a much younger person...beginning right after the surgery to "grow-up" from a child. I still feel quite young. I do not put this into the relationship of my marriage.
Before the surgery the relationship between my wife and I began changing. It just didn't seem to have the "In Love" emotions anymore. But rather the "Love with you" I guess you might say. That is from my side. She still has more feelings than that I'm sure. Her SSI will bring changes in our lives. Got any anwewrs for me?

I am a young wife that has had to take over the full time care of my mother in law. She is bedridden, with so many health problems I can't name them all now. I was an EMT, and I have had to learn or wing it through everything else, including bathing, giving shots, and pretty much all aspects of her care. I was thinking of writing a book for people who find themselves in my situation, a book that I would have found helpful. Do you think anyone would be interested? And am I qualified to do so? Thanks.

I am really ashamed of the HUBRIS displayed by my fellow service members.

I see quite often how service persons discount the opinions of others(civilians) - on the very basis of their lack of service - if he/she haves an opinion on Iraq that makes the service member angry.

They say "You never served, you don't know what your talking about".

Do service members really believe their own logic????

If so, maybe no one is qualified to say hold high office (like US Senator, or Supreme Court Justice) UNLESS he/she has "served".

Or, maye only service members are "qualified" enough to vote.

** Sometimes I don't know if my fellow service members actually don't respect the judgment of civilians, OR if it is just their HUBRIS and prejudice talking both at the same time,

any service members reading this you better be more mindful of how you address civilians.

BTW I "served" in the USMC reserve, 8th tank battalion, 4th Marine Division, Anti-tank Charlie company, 1996-2002

My boyfriend went to a strip club the other night with a female friend. He first told me he was going to her house then a couple of days later he told me where they really went. Is this normal? He has always said he would never go to a strip club with me, as I have asked in the past. I got angry with him and told him if it was the other way round would go mad, and he agreed. Am I an idiot for letting it go or did I over-react?

This is a serious curious question, from your own personal opinion. At what age do you think people should date? What do YOU think?
In my opinion, at the moment I stick with "don't date until you're out of college with a steady job"--which I'm sure no one agrees with but makes such perfect reasonable sense to a teen like me. Just wondering what people really think in this concept

Well guys, I am married for around 10 years and have a couple of children. The problem is, my wife is extremely hot tempered, and I always need to be on my toe to take care that I am not making her angry, as when she gets angry, she gets physically violent too.

Another problem is that she is very much like a dictator in the house. Only those things happen here what she wants, my own feelings get no place here, and the situation has worsen so much that when one of my children ask me something, I am so much afraid thinking about her reaction that I keep mum and wait her to reply. I feel as if I am living in a prison.

She doesn't like if I have any friend. I had a lot of friends before our marriage, but since we are together, she has behaved so badly with my friends, that all of them have left me. Well, I had to make a choice and I thought I have more responsibility towards my wife.

contd.
