You can only give her what she cannot buy.

With that said- what can you not "buy"?

She is family. If you have the equipment, knowledge and time, what about a montage of photographs of the family set to music?

If you don't have the knowledge, there are services out there that can do it for you.

A scrap book of pictures with the same concept?

Pick a theme closest to your heart- or rather HER heart, since it's for her.

come themes could be:

> Growing up but never apart
>Still thinking of you. > how she has influenced your life into adult hood (better if she is an older sister)
or
>Still my little sister no mater how old you are.
Pictures of you as the big sister, and you two together.

>use current pictures and videos of children of yours and hers to outline the similarities of how you were as children.

If you are not into the huggy/kissy thing- how about sending a relative/ Friend that she has not seen for years over to see her as a present?

Send her a subscription of your old home town newspaper?

Send her items that can only be purchased in the US that she misses?

(My husband missed "BIG RED"- a soda while NOT living in Texas)- you have the idea

Ah! This Q is so easy. Don't buy her anything, rather give her a memory. i.e. you could write a memory you both shared when younger, and frame it, or get old pics framed. Why would you want to buy more things for someone who has everything anyway. In life we sometimes get too fixated on things - in the end we can't take all these things with us now can we? But we can take memories these are far more precious.

Send her a box of love. You wrap a pretty box and tie it with ribbon, and send this message attatched:
This is a very special gift
That you can never see.
The reason it's so special is
It's just for you from me.

Whenever you are lonely,
Or even feeling blue,
You only need to hold this box
To know I think of you.

You never can unwrap it,
Please leave the ribbon tied.
Just hold it right next to your heart--
It's filled with LOVE inside.
