Any suggestions on something nice to get my mom that my brother and I can go in on together (we're adults btw, so we're looking at spending a bit).

He shows up at my door unannounced and keeps standing there knocking until I let him in. I live alone. I don't want people to see a guy standing outside knocking at my door constantly. I had initially liked him & we were clicking as friends for a very short time, b4 I came to know he was engaged to be married. He mentioned I was his fantasy. Then he got married, and now he just shows up at my door, wanting to come in and be close to me. I have tried telling him constantly how I dont want us to meet anymore, but he simply does it again. He hasn't tried anything drastic & neither would I allow him, but I simply hate this situation, and for him to want to cheat on his wife, and I cannot allow it! How should I stop him once & for all? Help me. :( I am really afraid of him now. I know I am being stupid for even opening the door. I am being good to him out of politeness. Do I need to get mean?

My fiance is in bootcamp right now for the Navy. and he will be going to A school right after. He is a Machinist Mate (MM). He wants to pick Japan for his first choice. We are planning to get married after he gets out of A school during the time he gets off before he goes to the next duty station (14-21 days). Assuming that he gets stationed in Japan and we get married during his vacation time... will I be able to move there with him?? Or since we are getting married after he is done with A school, will the papers not show our marriage yet???

As a child of my parents, I know am the only one for them to depend on. Thus, sacrificing for them is not a burden. But when I entered secondary school, I met someone which had stolen my heart in just the first look. From that day till now, I still kept this feelings inside of me. I did know that he is interested in someone else. I still sacrifice this love for him. I just couldn't forget him till this very day although he had hurt many other people's feelings and mine too. I just don't understand why I got into this trap and sacrificed for him. Sometimes I tell myself to forget everything and start anew but it just won't happen. Is love a sacrifice too?

I once knew many of my neighborhood kids as motivated, full of life and willing to learn all they can. I have been with my husband for almost 12 years. We have 2 children.

He has lied to me on several ocassions over the years-even from the beginning. Lies range from: being in the Gulf War; I didn't rent that video; to pictures of him and his ex taken early in our relationship-found years later; to taking money out of our account without telling me(one time-years ago $300, and recently it's like $20 here and there); to lies about what time he gets home (he enjoys his alone time after work).

I doubt he's cheating, but I wonder why does he lie to me? I wish I could trust him. He thinks I am too bossy and says I treat him like a child.

When I catch him in a stupid lie, his response is: "It wasn't important". My answer is: "if it wasn't important, then why lie about it?!" Am I wrong for over reacting to little lies?

I wonder where does he draw the line when it comes to telling me the truth? We've had counseling off and on, when it flares up, then we're ok...for awhile.

ow can I have a wedding/reception that includes his family in Germany, mine in Montana, and we will live in Florida. None of our family will fly to Florida, but somehow I think..do I go back to MT and do a reception (Germany would have to wait for 2 years, K-1 Visa) and then Florida do I have a reception? Not that many friends here..or do we do the civil service in Florida and a ceremony in Mt? Ideas?

My female coworker (CW),her girl friend-Iraqi (GF), me- Palestinian boy. Plan: CW thought we share same cultural, language background we might click. GF is up for meeting me.CW arranged meeting @coffeeshop for 3 of us.
CW in first 10 minutes ask me what I am doing this week end. ME:nothning. GF:do u like dancing-clubbing.
