best book for codependents?

I'm trying to get over a fear of intimacy....any suggestions....I'm going through amazon right now....

I'm not sure, but I don't think fear of intimacy is really related to codependency. When I think of codependency, I think of the one person who lives their life like the other person is their higher power. The world revolves around that person. I consider myself to be codependent and that's my take on it. I usually become too intimate.

I would search for books specifically on intimacy.
