My female coworker (CW),her girl friend-Iraqi (GF), me- Palestinian boy. Plan: CW thought we share same cultural, language background we might click. GF is up for meeting me.CW arranged meeting @coffeeshop for 3 of us.
CW in first 10 minutes ask me what I am doing this week end. ME:nothning. GF:do u like dancing-clubbing. ME:yes it's been long time, CW looked at both of us smiling her eyes (expecting me to initiate or invite her GF out on a date) I stunned, puzzled, frozen.I was playing cool guy who doesn’t want to look obvious or rushing into it and not wanting to ask her for a date in the first 10 min.CW had to leave us.moment of silence and looking each other if we like have to leave the place too because our CW- who coordinate this meeting has to leave. we felt we probably should get going too. 3 of us walked out door.nice meeting U, bye.. never requested or exchanged No's/emails. though CW has her contact info. I am not used to kind of arrange dating before;I usually do it my way

Hey
listen if you like her then you should take a shot. What have you got to lose? nothing. It is ok if it is arranged i met my boyfriend through a friend and we have been together for 3 years so don't chicken . If the girl does not want to date you she will tell you.
My advice as a girl go for it and you might get a shot with her i mean Arabs are Arabs after all so if you were from different countries so what? at least you are both from the same religion and from the Arab world.
