i've had a crush on him for about 6 months. he has a girlfriend. i used to be jealous. but i got over it. i tried and find another person to crush on , but i don't like anyone else at my school. how do i get over my best guy friend. i don't think about him that much anymore. i want to get all of him out of me though. We've been knowing each for 3 years. I assume if he didn't try to go with me by now. he does not like me, so i have to move on. please tell me how. we take all our classes together.

Anyone know what i can do or say to make them come? They don't approve cause hes older than I and was previously married with two kids. we now have a 2.5 year old adopted son and it took them 1.5 years before they even wanted to see my son.. I find them to be two faced and rude to me no matter what i do. Im adopted by them but yet they didn' t approve of me adopting. They have seen and met my fiance like once only cause we ran into them. I just don't understand them at all! I want them to come to my wedding but im pretty sure the answer is no. Any suggestions on what i can do or say to get them to come or any advice. I mean every girl wants their parents at their wedding to give them away... It won't feel right without them and i will be very upset!

My boyrfriend is older than me. Well, actually, nine years older than me. I am not of drinking age yet but he has been for a while. I am worried that if he goes out to the bars that he will get wasted and not know right from wrong. I talked about this with him and he told me not to worry but just can't help it. I trust him....just not when he is drinking. I told him that and he said it bothers him and I completely understand. I don't know why but I feel so insecure sometimes. I realize that I will just have to trust him and that I have no way of knowing but how can I not let it bother me?

Okay here's the story...

I've been with this certain guy for a very long time and he's turning eighteen in less than a month. I'm still living with with my family: two parents, an eighteen year old sister, and two brothers who are eight and ten. Everyone in my family likes my boyfriend and thinks of him as a brother/son. However, his own family is quite the opposite and are abusive towards him. He's been ready to get out of there for years, and sometimes he has, but always ended up back there by law.

There was a short period of time when he did live with us. Now both of us are hoping that he can move in again until he gets his own apartment and his feet on the ground. He's willing to pay rent - what do you think the pros, cons and sacrifices for my family would be if he was to move in?

I am 17 and in 12th grade. My sister is 14 and in 9th grade. We have the same rules and priveledges. It is always this way. I am never allowed to do anything that she is allowed to do. Whatever I am allowed to do, she is also. I am an honor roll student and she is a C student. I never rebel and she always do. My parents say that I am a very respectful and quiet person and that she is a mouthy and nasty person. So why can't I have more priveledges that her.

Just come out of a really long, tedious relationship. A while back I could not stand this guy, but I let some anger issues go and decided to like the good in him instead of focusing on the bad. Turns out he is really a great guy!
