I told him I want a divorce, things just are not going to change and neither of us are willing to change what is bothering me most. He makes a good deal of money and I stay at home with our 2 year old and am due in a month with our second. How do I facilitate this? Can I take money from our joint account to pay for my lawyer? Can I stay a "mom"? Any advice appreciated.

OK I'll try to make this short. I dated my ex for a short time then HE ended it. He's 26, I'm 21. He has lots of experience with dating, while he was my first kiss & first bf. Our relationship was so innocent, cuddling in his room, holding hands, kissing. We never had sex cuz he knew I wanna save sex for marriage. He would still say hi to me on msn even though HE ended it. It has been over for more than ONE YEAR. 2 months ago, he called me, after one yr. & wanted to make plans together so we could see a movie sometime. We set a date, he picked me up & after the movie he took me home. IOn the drive home, when I asked him why he wanted to see me, he said that he wants to "see me every once in awhile". I felt disrespected so when I got home I said "bye forever" to him on msn. Then I felt bad so a week later I said sorry to him on msn. Since then I have said hi to him 2 on msn. Then a few days ago he said hi to me on msn & he wanted to know what I had been up to.

They all said that i cussed too much, which i cuss when i get really excited, mad, or depressed. So then they decided to ditch me and go off on their own. One of them, Jennifer Hang, i have no problem with letting go because she has a good soul, we just agreed on we don't know each other and never talk again. But then there are Mai Lee, Pa Lee, and Sala Chang who are hard to let go of, not because they are my best friends or anything but because Mai Lee, keeps talking **** about me and won't stop it and then when i say lets fight she chickens out on me, Pa Lee, Mai's older sister who is on Mai's side cuz sisters stick together gets all mad cuz i cussed out her sister and i told her that she goofs around too, much. And Sala Chang, she didn't really get mad at me but she left cuz she didn't want to risk getting ditched by Pa and Mai, cuz shes my cuzin, and she could do that to me.And they still owe me $14 which Pa refuses to pay me. So should i go to her houz and just take the money?

i was friends with this one guy and he was really cool. he was old enough to be my dad, and i could tell that he liked me. we never had sex or anything.. but a lot of flirting went on... calling on the phone and cell phone, and compliments whenever we saw one another. he disclosed a lot of personal things to me.. as well as i did to him...we were always happy to see each other.. and i think we boosted each others egos.

he is considered an authority figure.. and in some peoples eyes it was seen as unethical. i have argued with many that, we were just friends and nothing was ever done sexually between us. we both have significant others .. he is married and i have a boyfriend... but never once did we bring them up...not once... my best friend seems to think that we were having an emotional affair...whats your opinion?

this guy used to like me, and i liked him, adn it was all good. but then thigs happened, and he got a crush on another girl.(who by the way resembles an angel in personality and looks. We both like each other, but he is 14 years younger than me, and i am married. He is a good guy, he wants me, but he doesn't want to be the one to break up the marriage. There was a girl I met for a second time that was a buddy of mine's gf's roommate and to be honest, one of the reasons why I developed an interest in wanting to get to know her was because she didn't seem like one of those flashy, self-absorbed bad-boy chasing types like most women are like today.....I remember she would stand quietly with her arms crossed like she felt out of place, so she would look over and try to start a convo, and i'd say something back. I remember the next time I saw her a couple month's later she started talking to me and I wasn't too responsive because I wanted to play it cool. Then she told me like 5 times she was going to be leaving early because she was going to another party but would most definitely be coming back.

I was going to ask for her number. What's wrong with that? Yeah, right. I asked her in case she wasn't coming back if she would like to leave me her number so I could call her sometime and the LOOK she gave me......

my boyfriend keeps getting put in jail. he was realeased after he did a month in january then 2 weeks later got in trouble again and i had to bond him out then he just got sentenced to 6 months this week. I'm being serious here so please dont leave silly answers.Everywhere I look & turn I see white women with every race of men except their own kind...WHY?I hear races of all colors talk about how they like to date white girls/women becuase they are willing to do whatever it takes sexually to please a man. I know they are much more successful and financially stable than any other race of females. Most races of color have an inferiority complex when it comes to Caucasians also. So I wondering do white men get upset when they see their women with other races?50 years ago I Black man would get hung and killed for even looking at a white girl. Now that is common everyday stuff. I actually get surprised when I see a white female with an all white child nowadays. But it's just not Black guys, I see them with Latino, Indian, and Asian men. Can someone fill me in on this phenomenon?

My married boss just told me that he is head over heels in love with me but feels trapped because his wife said that if he ever left her she would take their baby and he will never see him again. I don't understand why because she does not take care of the kid at all. She is very lazy and believes she does not have to do anything around the house or to the baby. He told me that if he doesnt tell the baby to kiss mommy he does not do so at all! The kid is SUPER CUTE!! He wants to build something with me but he does not want to lose his baby and I completely understand. I tried to break up things with him MANY time and he gets very upset and tells me that if everytime things get tough I'm going to run this is not going to work. I don't want to be involved in all this mess and I don't want him to lose his baby but does anyone know any legal advice on how he can gain custody of the baby. The laws always favor the mothers.

very stereotypical plea for help, srybout that, but im seriously desperate ok i like this guy and have for awhile, and i just helped him get over his ex a couple weeks ago, and were pretty tight i mean i hang ot with him and his friends everyday in study hall and we talk online sometimes

I am in high school and I like this guy. We have two classes together, math and science. He sits behind me in math and always flirts with me. He will touch my hair, poke the back of my neck and turn away when I turn around, and touch my feet with his under my chair. However, in Chemistry he mostly doesn't talk to me, but he does make eye contact and we talk like 3 out of 5 days. He's really flirty as a person, and he's more popular than me and we don't have the same friends.
