Need some opinions PLEASE!!!?

I was dating this guy in the black shirt. He's not that good looking but I really liked him for some reason. Then he told me he was interested in this girl. What do you think of her? What do you think of him? Do you think he has a chance with her?

he is insanely unattractive, she's cute but not stunning. I would have to know her to know if he's got a chance with her. If he's interested in this other girl why do you want him?
