this guy used to like me, and i liked him, adn it was all good. but then thigs happened, and he got a crush on another girl.(who by the way resembles an angel in personality and looks. Lets call her Princess Blond) but i still like him. he's like prince charming, with a little dorkiness. Princess Blond is so nice no one can stay mad at her even when she steals their boyfriend. But he is always talking to me, and we're still frineds. They aren' t officially going out yet , but i see it comming. what do i do?

You can make a move now and take a shot at him or, like the suggestion above, let it play out and look for another opportunity. It sounds like you may have missed the boat earlier, before PB showed up on the scene.
Either way, I think he likes you. Guys like a sure thing though so send him the signals that you are into him and that you want to give it shot with him, whenever you are ready to make your move.

Step back cause what it sounds like is he isnt capable of chosing you over her. Dont put yourself out there like that. Simular situaion expcept the angel part, and now he has broken my heart she and he have played me during our three year relationship and we are now seperated and she is no longer my friend. They began to date and I am left with two kids. I am sure they were seeing each other during the time we was together. But is started out all so inocently and ended up scandaless.

Just talk to him and ask him if he wants to try and work things out between the 2 of you. Everyone knows that us guys dont really want an angel. We want girls that have a little bad in them:)

well do stuff to her that makes her look ugly but make sure no one knows you doing it like put stuff in her hair. get a bag of dust and pour it on her quickly and run into a bathroom or something.
