my boyfriend keeps getting put in jail. he was realeased after he did a month in january then 2 weeks later got in trouble again and i had to bond him out then he just got sentenced to 6 months this week. He goes to jail at leas 3 times a year. We have a kid together and have been in a relationship for 5 years. Should i stay with him?

HELL TO THE MOTHER F*CKER NO!!!! u should dump him like RIGHT NOW!!! there are a few reasons why u should dump him.
1) Ur child will see that in him,l that he always get in trouble, and will eventually try to imitate him.
2) he s a bad influence for both, u and ur child
3) he doesnt care about u. if he did, he would stop misbehaving, breaking the law. im pretty sure u suffer when he goes to jail , dont u?? if he doesnt take that into consideration, that u get hurt when u see him in jail, then he isnt really into u. u must find some1 that will consider u, and wiont be a bad influence for ur child.
well good luck. i really hope that u find some1 to make u happy, or at least that he changes. but once a dog always a dog.

i dont know what he's gettin in trouble for but first i think you should see if theres a way he can get help or something so he can stop going to jail.
if for some reason he doesnt care about that then i think you should find another boyfriend who doesnt go to jail a lot and can help you with your kid.

Not unless you want to keep this up till one of you dies. have you ever researched codependency? It has to do with having low self esteem and getting validation from someone else instead from within. Check out this 12 step group Codependents Anonymous in the phone book or web. I bet it will help you decide.

WHY are you staying with a loser?!? Don't you think you're worth more than this??
TRUST ME, you are sooo much more than this. If you don't do it for yourself, do it for your kid. Please don't make the kid think it's OK to be a loser or to be with one. It isn't. You're degrading your kid without knowing it.
Leave the guy alone and find someone who will love you for real. If this guy really did, he would be a MAN and not get his **** in trouble all the time.

Frankly, no. He sounds too immature to set a good example for your kid. I think when your kid gets older, he would appreciate the decision you make now to lose him and just be a single mom. Your boyfriend doesn't sound reliable, safe, trustworthy, mature, or like he takes himself seriously.

I don't think you should. Because your kid needs to grow up in a healthy enviroment not living with someone who gets put to jail everyday and your kid won't get to see his/her dad much often and when your kid grows up he/she won't act as good. So find someone else who is capable to do everything for yuor kid. Good Luck =D

No, i dont think you should be with him any more. If he was abit concerned about you and the baby he wouldn't be doing things which keeps putting him into the jail.

No! If he really cared about you or his child he would stay out of trouble and take care of your kid! This is also not gonna be good for your kid!

I wouldn't. He isn't reliable or trustworthy. For your child's sake, I think you should go find someone better. It sounds to me like you deserve it. He isn't respecting you at all. He knows that every time he gets in trouble you are stuck at home raising your child alone, and still he does it. That's not right.

NO, if this so called man cannot get his life together without going to jail, u and ur child need to leave. He's only hurting himself right now, but when ur child gets older ur child is only seeing what his/her father has done..........jail and could follow this pattern. MOVE ON. PLEASE
