I want to ask out my guy friend?

I have a crush on my sorta (just met him a few weeks ago)friend Kyle. I am not sure if he likes me. My friend says he might because he let me fix his tie at a band performance and is always trying to make me laugh. However, he is just a generally funny gut, so I don't know. I am 14, almost 15. What should I do?
