what is the whole 'fan' thing about on here? I only have one (:-( ) and would like more....if I knew what they were for!

I have two little boys-6 yrs and 1 yr old. Their dad and I just recently broke up after 7 years. He is a good guy and we have been through everything both good and bad together. We know eachother better then we know ourselves. During our 7 year relationship we have split up 2 other times but decided to get back together because we love eachother and want to make it work especially since we have kids. But see in the beginning he use to cheat on me and ended up with a now 2 year old daughter by someone else and everyitme we break up he goes to live with this other girl and they now have a new born baby b/c which resulted from our last breakup when he ran to her. I have a very hard time trusting him and he doesnt really trust me either b/c I was calling somebody else on the phone before we broke up. We both want to do whats right and he tells me everyday that he wants to do the right thing and he loves me more then anything and wants to be with me but I am confused and scared to do it.

what happened to conversation? what happened to putting integrity into places where it was missing, what happened totaking a stand for one's self, what happened to contemplating what is missing, what happened to delivering communications that are burning a hole in people chests, what happened to doing good things for ourselves, and what happened to accepting Grace when it comes.

How did we come to so esily hand over our well being to artifically manufactured chemicals, the Pharmaceutical companies and quack pot doctors?

my sister came to my house with her boyfriend and was acting strange. her boyfriend was like "we have to tell u something" and she was like " no im not telling her". and then he was like "okay can u go upstairs while we talk to ur mom" so i went upstairs but obviously was eavesdropping on the conversation. so my sister was talking to my mom. she whispered the secret to her and my mom was like " ur kidding right?" and my sis was like "no im serious" and my mom asked "well how do you know?" and she was like "the doctor told me". and this is the biggest hint of all.. my mom said "but i thought u guys were using protection" and my sis said "i dont know, it just kinda happened". so do you think she's pregnant? or is there a logical explaination for all of this

She is seperated from her boy friend they have a 1 yr old child he left her,by the way he is married legally to someone else but has been seperated for 7 yrs,she thinks they can work stuff out without involving the court system as far as the baby and he told her yesterday he has a lawyer, she has been running around drinking and partying because she is grieving i tell her she is messing up she just dont listen. im worried cause she is 900 miles away and us her family is here and she is now living with a friend because they were going to moving to anther apt at the end of the month he has already gotten an apt,he has his family and she has no one but this friend. im afraid he is trying to take the baby behind her back and i cant convince her to come home i live in the country and i know jobs are scarce here but she thinks she can make it on her own get an apt take care of her child and get along with him.she has already sold her car for money. i see a trainwreck coming how do i help her

I am having a patriotic wedding on 07-07-07 & I have come up w/ ideas that I am definitely using. My question is, does anyone have any other ideas or new thoughts? What I am doing so far is as follows: For my tables @ the reception, I bought red & blue tablecloths, & @ shindigz.com I bought clear table cloths with white stars all over them to put over top of the red & blue tablecloths. My men are in white tuxedos w/ Cobalt blue vests & my girls are in Cherry Red tea length dresses. Also I have a white aisle runner, & my flower girl is throwing red & blue rose petals. I am also having cheesecake w/ blueberries & raspberry & strawberries for my wedding cake. I took three big star shaped hat boxes & painted one red, one white, & one blue & put red/white/blue roses on it, & that is my card box. I got red/white/blue gumballs & patriotic tootsie rolls & red/white/blue jelly beans, sparklers, CDs, & personalized red & blue matchbooks with white lettering for my favors.

What happened to "til death do us part" and "foresaking all others"? I look at the questions and answers on yahoo and I wonder where is this all going to end? People just give up on marriage so quickly. It seems as though as soon as things get a little rough or the newness wears off the relationship people feel justified in cheating or giving up on their marriage. Why? Also, as soon as the divorce is final everyone seems to believe the former spouses have no right to question what goes on in each others life. If you have kids you do have that right. You have to communicate, you have to speak up when your ex is doing something that can negatively impact you kids. If you get involved with someone who is divorced with kids - expect this. Don't complain about it and ask questions like "How do I deal with my spouse's ex"? Find a way - that is what you signed on for. Sorry - just had to get all that off my chest!!
