I'll make this as close to the point as I can. I used to care for a girl more than anybody in the world. I was very friendly to her, and listened to what she had to say. I listened to her opinions, and I stood by her when she needed help. The point is, if he listens to what you say, he stands up for you, or helps whenever you do or don't ask for it, then he cares about you. That's as simple as I can make it.

If guys don't care, they usually won't give you the time of day. If he cares, he talks to you and actually seem interested in what you have to say. even if it's just acting.
