It's all in the approach...where you do it, how you do it, and if you are serious and not just out to get into a girl's pants (and trust me we can tell when that's what you are all about).
Refrain from the typical walking up to a girl and telling her she looks good and asking for her number. Most respectable females aren't into that anymore.
Basically do the opposite of whatever HASN'T landed you a girlfriend in the past.

Please don't. As a girl who hate when random guys hit on me...Let me tell you what I do like. Never come on too strong. Establish a relationship that clearly shows that you are not interested in dating as of yet. Get to know her...and after a while break the news. By that time she may find you attractive as well. If she doesn't she won't let you stick around that long.

Take your time don't just hit on a random girl. Try to get with someone that you may be interested in. Go out to the movies or bookstore you should find someone soon.

Go to the mall and offer to help a girl who is having trouble holding all her bags. Go to the food court and pull a chair out for a girl then ask to join her.

not hit on a random girl..cuz that wouldn't be right..dont mess with their feelings.. just become friends and then if you really like her then ask her out. dont just randomly pick a girl cuz us girls think that you guys actually liked us so..spare us the part of getting hurt for no reason...but just keep lookin good luck!

Yes, hit on them with a lead pipe, baseball bat, semi-thick chunk of wood, several hardware utensils like a hammer, etc. I think if you hit on them with any of these objects they will surely not run away from you like all the others have done.

No - get yourself into a hobby and sport that you are good at. You will meet people in a less formal environment and can get to know girls first.

Start with a girl you know and who you think is nice. Ask them out for lunch. Get to know them and go from there.

any random girl.. no. i mean you could find one you think is pretty and talk to her but dont immediatly hit on her without getting to know her first.
