My dad is retiring by the end of this month. He isn’t a sentimental or romantic guy. Actually, he doesent believe in gifts! So, I don’t know what to bring him? Any ideas that might like a tough/rough guy?

A lot of people tell me I'm mysterious, I'm like a puzzle and they can't figure me out, but it is sometimes clear that my self esteem is low, and stuff, for the reason, see my questions.

Ok here are the details, i like this guy and we have hung out for a couple of weekends now. But one of my friends in my grade has a sister and he used to be in love with my friends sister. Like i mean really love her too he used to buy her everything and want to be with her all the time, im pretty sure that he still cares about her like a sister or maybe a little more but im almost sure he doesnt like her. Now about me he calls me all the time he wants to hang out and he like wants to do "stuff" with me (you guys prolly know what i mean) he is one of the sweetest boys i have ever meet or even hung out with. He always acts like he cares and takes me out and stuff but i dont know if he likes me or if we are just starting to become really good friendds so if you have some good advice for me tell me......most of the time im the good one at giving advice to my friends but i just couldnt give it to myself lol. <3

I really like this guy from my school. And he's pretty smart and I'm pretty sure that he caught onto my "liking" him. The thing is... now that he knows he's kinda akwardly avoiding me. And I really don't know how to get him warmed up to me again. Please help me. It's so akward now. And it's making me kinda upset, because really, I haven't liked a guy this much....maybe..... ever. I have a friend who dated this guy and they were enaged..but they got engaged like within 2 mths..but they are no longer together,she dumped him for good reason and met some other guy and married someone else, within a week.anyways the guy she was with is a really great guy and i really like him and so far i know he likes me too.the problem is he is in the army in germany for 2 yrs. what should i do? could a realtionship work as im in united states as he is in the army for 2 yrs? should i talk to her,in a way i dont think she would care because she is married now.but im unsure what is best to do. help please!

I have two sisters...one older(whom I have never looked at as anything but my sister), and a younger sister(over 18) that has requested massages from me(nude), aloe vera body rubdowns when she is sunburned(nude)and seems to love showing me "the goods"(peep shots, etc) which I have to admit, have me very aroused. She innocently states that since i'm her brother, it's no big deal. I can't get the image of her out of my head, but I still can't refuse her when she wants some attention(and she has boyfriends, and has done some modeling, and she likes girls too).


I know I should not feel like this about my sister, but I don't know what to do. Anyone else been there?

I don't mean this like copy in a annoying way, sometimes I notice the guy I like copy me like if I put my highlighter down a certain way he will do the same thing or I will put my hand on the side of my head just to lay my head on the desk and he sometimes does the same thing.. could it mean something? Yes he has flirted before read any other questions from me to see the flirting things. But I will tell you one, he WINKED/stared/smiled at me I did the same thing except for the winking part at the school library. So guys- Do you copy girls when you like them? Well, it like this, we been friends since the 7 grade since one of my other best friend introduce me to him, since she was moving over seas and ever since we he always had a huge crush on me, and when we went high school together and was still good friends, Then last year around Verlaine’s day I always buy balloons for myself and he came a long and ask me to pretend that I was his Girlfriend and I said not right now we are just good friends. Then he uses to always ask my mom for a ride home, and he met BOTH of my parents also. Then the falling year I ask him to go to the Homecoming dance with me, he says "yeah I go", but instead he wasn't even DANCING with me!!!! I was so angry, because he was dancing with a ruthless girl THE WHOLE TIME and she had a date (witch was my crush at the time) and then I was feeling so sad I was sitting by my self (like always) and then he notices that I was upset so, he keep saying "am sorry" and still doing the THING!!! What Should I Do is he a good friend to keep?

is it me or the guys? i have green -blue eyes and am tall about 5'8/9 and am skinny... but what gets me is that it seems like that no one likes me i have a good personality and i am so nice to people and i always try to be nice sometimes i can be mean but i dont try to.i play sports like football, lacrosse, and basketball and is it wrong for a girl to like guy sports? i'm just a simple girl wanting to know why it seems like no guy likes me? and suggestions? me ..

ok, so my boyfriend of 2 years and I broke up about 4 months ago. After about a month of crying, as per the norm, we decide to be best friends instead. That works for about 2 omnths, on and off, and then one day we met to hang out. He's distant then, and later, he tells me online that he doesn't want to see or hear from me again. The next time we run into eachother, he avoids talking to me at all cost, and acts like he hates me. I know it's not his new girlfriend, since she is my best friend. What is going on?

We have two children under the age of three. I gave up a lucrative job in medical sales (that I loved) to stay at home. While I don't regret my decision, I do miss my career and find myself resenting all the time MDH spends outside the home. His job requires him to travel 2 weeks of the month and when he is home he is rarely at the house before 7pm. I am frustrated and feel unappreciated. I understand his job offers me the opportunity to stay at home, but at what point am I being taken advantage of? If we were both working he (or I) would need to be at daycare before 7pm to pick up the children and various house hold chores would need to be shared. How can I make him see that my job is 24/7 and I need a break more than once a year on Mothers Day?
