My dad is retiring by the end of this month. He isn’t a sentimental or romantic guy. Actually, he doesent believe in gifts! So, I don’t know what to bring him? Any ideas that might like a tough/rough guy?

Ask Mom what his interest are. Something with I Love YOU Dad. They make cards for that too! At a grocery, or card shop. Something that relates to the type of work he does. I think men get tired of ties and socks. Ask him, or just try to notice if he has some special hobby or another. Buy something to contribute to it. If it's like woodworking, get him a tool, etc. Better hurry times almost up!

If you know people he worked with you could send out scrap book pages, one to each of them. Have them fill out the pages with pictures and stories that involved your father from when he was working. You put it all together into a single book. Include your siblings, your fathers siblings, your grandparents, your mother, anybody your father might have been in the military etc.. You put that together, I guarantee you that you will get a tear in his eye.

Get names from your mother.

A fishing pole... golf clubs....Frame something that means something to him, ... maybe a clipping from a newspaper that was about him.... Maybe a membership to a fitness center.... tickets to a ball game....6 pack of beer and a dirty magazine (just kidding)
