I am going back and forth with my boyfriend because he says that getting hit can't be worse then getting told you a bi*** or a sl**.
I'm not going thru this but we have a friend who is.
And verbal abuse always turns into physical abuse if you wait it out that long.

RIGHT?

i accidentally broke a plate. it was supposedly too close to the edge and it fell while i had something on it. the only reason it fell was because i was looking at what my girlfriend did (the sink's pressure was low and she got it to have higher pressure)

then the plate broke and she keeps going ON AND ON after the mess is cleaned up. she keeps telling me that it was too close to the edge blah blah blah.

well i kind of get the point. it only fell because i looked away.

don't you hate it when someone just keeps going on and on after you get the damn idea?

He and I are friends. I'm pretty sure he's not interested, but some of my other friends think he is. I might be moving out of state for grad school next fall anyway, so it might not even matter.

Am I expecting to much to want to marry someone I'm "in love with"? I have guys that really like me and they are great but that "thing" isn't there.. I want to be head over heels for someone and spend my life with them but is that unrealistic? Is it better to be alone and wait for the one,or settle for someone you just have luke warm feelings for...I don't want to spend my life alone but I don't know if I'm delusional.

I recently moved out and filed for divorce. I have 2 kids 2 and 3-1/2. I met this guy who is also divorced as of july and has a 2-1/2 yr old. We clicked right away. We really like each other a lot. He understands everything i'm going through b/c he went through the same thing. I am falling for him, he's falling for me. We have an amazing time together whenever we're together. Our kids get along, we get along with eachothers kids. Is it too soon to be getting into something? Everything feels right, but none of my friends have gotten a divorce and my family is all old fashioned so i'm not really sure what to do. Is it too soon to be together for family stuff. Need Advice! Me and my boyfriend have been dating for almost 2 years now and he lives with his mom (hes 23) and I live with my parents still (i'm 20) (we live near the beach and everything is so expensive so we are waiting to move in with each other.)Anyway... His mother has been making comments lately. We were at dinner one night in a "nice" restaurant with my parents, his mom, my brother & my brothers girlfriend. Heres what happened... My boyfriend was near my college earlier that day and I asked him why he didnt call me to have lunch (sorta joking...) anyway she does this face, like thumbs to your ears toungue sticking out "nah nah nah" face like a 2years old... and says "He called me!" I just laughed it off.... We have always gotten along, but I just dont understand why she was acting that way. and the other day he decided to stop and get me flowers on the way home and then decided that his mother would get jealous/mad so he bought her some also? any suggestions? thanks

I just started dating again, and was wondering when it is normal for a couple to share their first kiss. Is it at the end of the first date? The second? Somewhere in between?
I went on a date recently with a guy that I am really interested in, but I am painfully shy and self-conscious, so I just hugged him at the end. Ever since, I have been wondering if he was not interested because he didn't try to kiss me, or is it just too soon to be hoping for one. He went out of town right after our date, and sent me an IM the day he got back, so I do have some hope. This is just all very new to me. I never really dated my husband.
