I got really sick last week... firs the FLU... then Brochitis, I was so sick I could barely get out of bed. Wednesday my bf (2yrs) took me to the ER for the second time and stayed with me through the night. I haven't seen him since then. Friday/Saturday he was supposed to go out of town to see family (and call mebefore he left), but I'm not even sure... I got a voicemail telling me he was ther on Saturday though. I haven't spoke to him since Friday and he's been calling/texting since then, but I just don't feel up to talking to him right now. Between Wednesday and now I still haven't seen him and I'm just hurt that he didn't even come by to check on me. We're considering marriage and I'm kind of resistant becuase I don't hink I can handle this kind of neglect in the future. I just really want him to know that I'm not gonna take this kind of BS and when I feel up to talking to him I will, but I'm wondering if this is games.

last oct me and my xbf for 1 yr broke u.. i used to love him...
here's the real question i have a new bf i can say he really loved me he sacrifice everything, he waited for me to love him, he is really nice for sure if we will goin to break probably its my fault the problem is i really dont love him, he's not even special for me or something but the sweet part is he knew that i dont love him but he's willing to wait i felt so guilty and afraid that im wont be able to love him the way he love me. i did everythin to make my self fell inlove with him but nothing really works pls help me all i wanted is to teach my self how to love if maybe u'll think that im stupid but pls dont judge me its my heart that tellin me i dont love him as a bf.

I don't necessarily need to be in a relationship but I think that if the situation is right, what's the problem with just going ahead and making things official.
I'm dating a guy right now (only two dates so far) and I know he said that he hasn't really been up for a relationship but that perhaps if the right person came along, he would. What's really the difference between exclusively dating someone and being boyfriend and girlfriend after all. Obviously he has comitment issues, how can I assure him I'm worth the time? I don't want to force myself on him and scare him away. Should I just be patient till he comes around or give him a little talk (after a few more dates).

I went and bought a drafting table (24"-30") for my daughter, spent $40 on it. No, I didn't tell my wife 'cause I knew the answer would be NO we don't need it. She likes to draw and we talked about setting up an art room, so I went and got it. When I brought home, she yells at me take it back, I yell back it's for our daughter, Arguements ensues, she follows up and down the house and tries to get me to stop opening the box. I'm cutting the tape off the box and her finger got in the way and was minorly cut. She screams and I blew it by saying "It's your fault, you shouldn't have stuck your hand there.while I was cutting". Well, we're separated. I really didn't mean to cut her. It was an accident. Nothing like this has ever happened before. We are going to counseling. The therapist said it was controlling of me to bring home something big (24" x 30"??) like that without telling her. I admit I should have said something and discussed it. Is that controlling? Am I an abuser?

Is anyone else here tired of seeing people excuse themselves from doing whatever stupid stuff (usually cheating) because they were drunk?
Anything from having sex with the stripper at their bachelorette party or making out with their brother's wife - whatever!
Both in the questions and the answers - I can't believe people use that excuse. If it REALLY isn't your fault when you do stupid stuff drunk, then it also isn't your fault if you run someone over with your car or whatever drunk too.

Nobody give this excuse anymore, please!!! If you can't control your behavior while drinking, then don't drink at all.

Who do you normally invite to an engadement party? Im egaged and trying to start planning a wedding. My mom is going to help with everything but she's at work right now, so I figured I'd ask here. I am totally new at this wedding stuff and thanks to everybody else who helped with my engadgement questions the other day. My fiance got a divorce. The kids' mom passed away the day after I moved into the house (Oct. 2006). Before the divorce their mom wasn't too involved in their life but lived in the same house. After the divorce, their mom didn't contact them hardly at all, they didn't even montion her over the holidays. Sometimes I want to hug them, say '"good night love you" (ages 10, 14, 16, 19) but don't know if I should just wait for them. They seem to like me, talk to me about their days... any advice?

My husband is going to have some hip surgery at the end of this month or the beginning of next month. His recovery time is estimated to be around 6 weeks and luckily he'll be able to work since he sits down at his job. How can we organize our home life to make household chores and life in general easier on the both of us. We have a 9 mos. old daughter and a large dog to care for as well. My mother and some of his family will try to come over when they can to help out but I'd like to go ahead and get organized and prepared so things won't be nearly as crazy after his surgery. We went through a short time where for about 2 weeks when he first injured his hip and he couldn't help out with anything at home and I nearly lost it and we fought a lot...I'd like to prevent that from happening if it's possible. I know it's going to be rough and I'm not expecting it to be easy, I'd just like some tips/advice on how to make things a little bit easier for us. Thanks.

I am living for 4 years now in a foreign country far away from home. I used to live with my boyfriend but we recently broke up. Now I am living alone for the first time in my life, I've never lived alone before. I have no family here and no real friends, only talk to workmates who are nice, but...I've been living alone for 2 months now. Sometimes I get panic attacks. is this normal?? I feel so lonely. How was your experience?? Please share, I feel sometimes I am going nuts! I am never suicidal though and if I start being I will be really worried about myself. How to overcome this fear??? i do NOT want to go abck to my ex jsut because I am affraid to live alone! Really any comment is welcome!

I actually saw this guy at a bar a few times. I am so picky, so when I see a guy I really like, its an amazing feat. Well, we went to high school together, but I didnt know him, and still dont really, but we do have a few mutual friends. He is just so handsome, and I really would like to talk to him, but I dont want to contact someone I dont know on myspace, because I dont want to look like an idiot. Been with this girl for bout 2 years, really lov her. We hav breakups and reunited many times. I tolerated her & sacrificed alot for her. Last year, she cheated me with another guy. I was so hurt I decided to end it. But after tons of excuses from her , we‘re reunited again. I couldn’t do it coz it was hard for me to see her cry, it was hard for me to forget the ‘memories’ & I don’t want to hurt her. I’d encouraged her to change her bad attitude. But it never works. I lost my trust. She always show her selfishness, everything was bout ‘her’. But there are times she makes me happy. So I accepted the way she is.

PROBLEM: She’s goin oversea for bout 2 years. I think I cant handle distance relationship. Coz we’re not even stable when we’re together. She’s the straying type, needs excitement & can’t stay idle for long. I don’t know how long I can take if she’s away. But if I had to end it, it’ll be hard for me coz I lov her & I dun wan to hurt her.

last year i had a meeting at work,which specified personal boundaries at work, this was awful but im confused,the boss who i like very much,seems to always flirt with me,
recently ive had to work with him more and involves him sitting next to me to read things, hes always brushing hands with me,and not pulling away,at first i thought it was just accidental but always seems to happen lots, im always the one to slowly and as natuaraly as possible pull away and do something with my hand,we both always keep our hands on the table too.
when i make jokes at college, i catch him laughing to himself,if im joking about. im confused though because hes the tutor,not much older than me, but there just seems to be chemistry, i wonder is it just me reading into things too much,and is this hand touching,even if its the little finger,just me and my imagination,because i like him.
