I moved in with my boyfriend. I no longer have 2 kids, I have 4. I have a four bedroom house. I love my man and my family but feel a great deal of stress and am very tired. Do you have any ideas what can help me to adjust better?

It's just going to take you some time to get into your new routine. Make sure you set aside some alone time for yourself! Hang in there, it will work out!

Take some time for yourself to regroup and take a breather. Re-evaluate your time management as a lot of things that you were able to do in half the time before will now take you twice as long with more effort. Invent a new strategy to help you cope; depending on the age of your kids, try to delegate simple chores to help out, and don't be afraid to ask your husband for help when you need it (I've made that mistake many times), it'll just wear you out to try and take on everything on your own. Congratulations on your new family/home. :)
