The best way to express love is through your actions. Its not always enough to say 'i love you' you need to also show it to the person. So doing sweet and special things here and there is always a nice touch. if its difficult for you to say it in words just write it out in a poem or texting or by email w/e it takes. You could make her things like a mixtape with all the songs she/he likes or songs with lyrics that express what you feel for them. Anything that u wouldnt normally do that will grab their attention and something they will always remember you for. be creative, unique and romantic about it.....good luck hun

Hopefully, it is someone you know and someone who knows you exist. In such cases a card is always a nice gesture showing that you had the desire, incentive, and feelings to send a card.
Life's situations are often times awkward, but you know that one-on-one conversation in a person's presence is both the most rewarding and risky of all human contacts. If the recipient of the card does not talk to you or respond to you, it leaves you kind of scratching your head. Unfortunately, technology has helped us, but also hindered that kind of contact.

Write a letter with a personal touch or give her a gift you know she will like. Or feel her out first to see if she feels the same and then tell her in person.

Do something you know they like. Give them something that's going to totally surprise them. Cook a favorite meal-or order in and have dinner by candlelight.
