I’m American and my dad is American but my mother is from the Philippines and she immigrated to the US 20 years ago when she married my dad. I went to the Philippines this year to go to school.

I was at a boarding school in the Philippines last semester. I was staying in a village house inside the campus and a boy lived next door to me.

He talked to me for a bit and whenever he sees me he says "hi". Once when we were sitting on the bench outside of the houses he was constructing something with leaves from a nearby bush when he was with his 5 year old brother. Then he said to me, "You'd look really beautiful if you put flowers in your hair." There were flowers in the bush. Does that mean he was attracted to me? I hope so.

Our location has a lit up cake table as an option. We're considering it, but unsure. We'd appreciate your opinions since we are tied with people who do & don't like it. The cake is different from mine, of course, & the table in the background won't be there blocking doors since our set up is different.

i'm so hurt! i'm 6mo pregnant and my fiance broke up with me becuase he said he was tired of the aggrevation and mood swings ( WHO SAYS THAT!!?? ) i know i'm an idiot for doing this but i always call him and tell him i want to have a family that to please give it a chance to work that his reason of leaving is rediculous an he keeps telling me no he likes it the way it is now. last night he asked me if we could still have sex i said no because one i know he just wants to use me and two i know he will be having sex with other people as well and i told him that. he said well if you wont give it to me i'm going to go to someone else. that killed me inside we were together for 3 years and for him to say that is is wrong. then he said ok give me some time and we can be together when the baby is born i want you to come back to the apartment and all this b.s then this morning he says i don't know what i want to do yet. y is he doing this to me.

My bf has been seperd from his wife for almost 2 yrs now and they have a son. But she will not sign the papers bc she want full custody. Bc she is mad that he is moving on with his life. His son is his world. He means every thing to him. She uses thier son to get what she wants. She goes out and stays out till 3-5 am, and does what ever she wants. She knows he will not agree to full custody. and knows that the longer she drags this out the longer she is in title to all his money and that he cant fully move on with his new life. it is not far to the kid or to us. what should he do or what can he do. to get the divoce and joint custody.

I'm 15, I have a bipolar twin sister who I share a room with, a mom with no patience, and a dad who's always at work.

I'm a quiet, peaceful type. All I ever want to do is quietly, peacefully read a book, or listen to some music on my mp3 player (nice and private) or do my homework in peace, or cuddle with my boyfriend.

Whenever something goes wrong, I end up taking the brunt of it. Earlier I was doing some research for a school project and had music on loud enough to drown out outside noise; it helps me concentrate. My sister wanted to show me something on a forum she was reading. So she said my name once, when I couldn't hear anything other than what might have been her voice, and then she came over, ripped my headphones off my head and out of my computer (nearly tore the wires off) and gave me this big speech about how I have to respect her and give her all my stuff. She destroys everything she gets her hands on, including my stuff, so I don't share.

My daughter is 2 now and starting right from the time she was told we were expecting it has been a nightmare. She drove me nuts about what to eat and not to eat, was i gaining enough weight, is the baby going to be too small....when she found out she wasn't going into the delivery room she told me she couldn't believe that i wasn't going to alow her to see her grandchild be born, then she thought she was going to the ultrasound i told her no just me and my husband and she said well i know people at the hospital i can get in...i still told her no. She babysits two days a week only because she demanded it and my husband takes her side so i can't get rid of her. She is very secretive about what she does here during the day, or at least she doesn't want to tell me anyway. She won't listen to anything i tell her to do concerning my child it always has to be her way. what do i do to turn things around i feel like i am backed up in a corner she makes me feel insecure as a mother and wife.

so whenever me and my girlfriend are hanging out watching tv or a movie, whenever we start to kiss and it starts to lead to something good, she just gives me a little peck on the lips and turns to watch the movie. and a little bit later, she will turn and want to kiss me again, but the same thing happens. i don't get it because we have made out before once before, and we have been going out for a month. the weird thing is too, is that most of her other boyfriends were 1 or 2 years older than her, so it's not like she prude or anything. i just don't get why she does this with me. i know she really likes me and all, but if you can, help me out.....

There is this guy who is in most of my classes. The thing is that he makes me so nervous because I like him a little. I don't want to start anything with him, ever! He is not my type. Everytime I see him or hear his voice, I kind of "check out", I lose my focus, and the only thing I hear is my heart beating. I'm failing in those classes because of him!!! It's driving me nuts! He distracts me. How can I block him out?
