i've liked this guy since october of last year and he likes me, but he says he "likes to mess with my head" and so he wont ask me out....... should i ask him out or should i wait??? ♥♥

Oh my gosh how fun could that be...do not ask him out mess with him like he messes with you...tell him you THINK you like him but you also THINK you might like to mess with him too...your just not sure...! Sounds like you have chemistry and he sounds kind of fun... mess with him girl! make him "want" you more than he wants to "mess" with you by playing his own game....and you might have found a great relationship...your equal then...if you ask him out he played you...out smart him!
