Remind yourself he is married and unless he leaves his wife he is not serious about you. If you sleep with him he is just using you so don't be the other women. Be strong and resist tempatation. If you treat it as he is married therefore You can't have him then it's black and white and you move on.

you can't really stop loving or at least caring for someone at some level...even if friends...you can open your eyes and see that there is no chance of a relationship and be responsible and good to yourself and let go of any and all false hopes of you being together. Yes, it will hurt for awhile, but then the hurt will go away. Don't live in a fantasy that you will be with this person...you won't. And besides that, don't you want to live in the real world and have someone love you back the same way you love them?

be cool...

I am gonna be gentle with this...You can't help who you love! If he is not willing to devote only to you then you are going to do something that you'll find very difficult, but in the end you will be glad you did.
Make it a point that you are not OK with his relationship status but do not make him choose. (that will most likely cause him to resent you or give you the cold shoulder). But most importantly establish a business-only relationship. It will be hard on you but I am sure you will be able to realize that you are much better off this way. BUT REMEMBER FOLLOW YOUR HEART AND YOU WILL FIND YOUR ANSWER...

You can't. It happens, and unless he beats you sensless and makes fun of you, you may not stop. Look for someone else, keep your mind off of him.

Change your job and go away from that guy.

I agree - you can't. Didn't you know love is blind?
