Whenever we talk about progressing or doing something productive...family always gets quiet and says nothing or changes the subject.....do they not have faith in us?Do they think we're lying or full of it?..It hurts our feelings that they aren't supportive and stay mum when we talk of our plans.....What could be the reason?

I like hanging out with my two friends that are girls we have hung out a lot these past two weeks, I'm really nice to them when we hang out, I'm not very talkative which I'm working on, but why don't they ever want to hang out after school or on the weekends???? we always hang out during the day but never at night or on weekends? How can I get them to like me enough to hang out more? I always ask them if they want to hang out and most of the time they do want to hang out, but why don't they call me to ask? Like I said I really like hanging out with them but I just don't know if I should stop asking them because I don't want to seem like a loner which I'm not.

thanks

My husband has been sleeping on the coach for the last 4 months and even though he says nothing is going on it make me feel hurt. He states that the bed is too full with our small pug and sometimes our 2 yr. old son. He also states its more comfortable on the couch. I have told him that this hurts my feelings and makes me feel like less of a women but he continues to do it. I am stuck and do not know what to do. We have had some problems in the past, and I was starting to think things were getting better but know I am not sure. Plz help.

I am trying to get myself to try new things that i would normally consider myself capable of doing. The problem is that i wont let myself take the risk to do these things. Is it a bad idea to do things that are you know you might not be good at... Im a reserved person.. so i need some motivation to push me to get involved and experience new things.... I was thinking about taking an acting class or taking a public speeking class.. but im worried that i wont be successful....

When we got divorced in 2000, we got joint custody. With him being the custodial parent. I had some problems. Everything much better for years now. Kids live with me, and have for years. I have not gotten one dime from him to help support children. One is 15 and one will be 18 in May. I am doing my best, and did not ask for anything, except to claim them on my taxes. He said Nah, I don't think so. Like he has a right!!
He pays medical and dental. He thinks that is enough...They never sleep at his house, and has hardly any relationship with him. He is also remarried with two small children. I did not want the court drama, but feel like I deserve some help...Any input would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

My close friend declared his love for me about a month ago, we rarely get to see each other so we used to talk on messenger almost everyday and call once in a while...(thats how he got to know me) - whenever we call, we always seemed to end up chatting for about 2 hours

But now his internet has cut off, so the only way i get to chat to him is on the phone, and somehow i feel as though if i talk to him on the phone for 2 hours it would lead him on, and i dont want to do that - i can talk to him on msn for hours on end but i dont feel like im leading him on, but when its on the phone, it feels different...(bare in mind, i dont call him everyday, i only call him maybe about once a week - i used to talk to him everyday, but now i dont so i've resorted to calling)

There's no chance of him and me being together, and ive told him that directly many times, he says that he respects my decision but i think he still has hope...

Whats the right thing to do?

what if someone goes out with a guy "just for fun" (not talking sex.. just flirting, holding hand, kissing)... but she is not Looking for a Relationship right now.. just doing what is making her happy and having fun. she does Like the guy.. and he likes her.. but he told her that he doesn't like the whole boyfriend girlfriend terms thing.. so is does it make this girl a 'bad girl' to just go out with him if he makes her happy.. but it's probably just hormones and stuff.. the girl has never been like this before.

Personally I don't think so, I personally think men and women get together for every reason other then love. Men and women don't love or even like each other, they love what they can get from each other. IE, men want sex from women and women want money from men, so in the scheme of things men are johns and women are hoes. If you don't believe me then just see how long a man will stay with a women who doesn't have sex with him, probably not longer then a week. And think about how many women would stay with a man with out a job or money, probably 0%. The truth is all relationships are is just a transaction between sex and money and nothing more. Why do you think relationships and marriages don't last as long these days? Cause women now are making enough money where as they don't need men for financial security, and sex is so much more available to men that they no longer need to be monogamous with women for sex. I think marriage is unhealthy and all a lie, Men and women should just be truthful with each other.

Men and women don't want want anything to do with each other unless they can can get either sex or money from each other so why not just get rid of marriages and relationships all together between men and women? Women want a relationship/marriage they can have it with other women, and men can get the sex they want and not have to ever speak or be around women ever again.

I guarantee the world will be a lot happier place.

you have broken up and you have accepted it you have both have moved on. both with new loves i guess i'm really asking is it ok to still think about that person and still care for them no matter how much pain they caused you.i mean i hated my ex for the way he treated me but i still care about him and i often wonder how he is, we haven't spoken for months. is it normal to have some kind of feeling towards an ex? do all feelings normally disappear at once? or will they always be there maybe not a strong as they once were.
