I've earned all this money from birthdays, holidays and summer jobs and my mom won't let me touch it. I know shes my mom and all, but its MY money.

what do you mean, she wont let you touch it?
do you have it but she wont let you spend your oney

maybe she just wants u to save it up for a more important use, ex:college, car, etc...

Yes you should be able to access it i mean u earned it and all. The only reason I can think of that she wouldn't let you touch it would be that shes thinking of your future eg money for education purposes like college. Best thing to do is sit down with her and as her y she willl not let you touch it?

well to me I need a little more info...If your in your teens about 15+ you should be able to have your money..Why dont you ask her??? I have a 15 year old and he get money from me and the family and I have no questions for him as to what he spends it on.. I trust him and its his so he keeps it...
Maybe your mom just wants to hold it for you...Ask her where she is putting it??bank account, savings, piggy bank where..I think you have the right to know if its yours...
