My old girlfriend who cheated on me with several of her ex's while we were dating keeps calling me really late at night and showing up where i work and screaming at me and the girls I work with. She's out of her mind and out of control. How do i deal with her without hurting her (emotionally not physically) because i still care about her, just not romantically?

We are 20 year old newly weds with a baby. His brother(19) is bad news and my husband tinks he can help him. He's in and out of trouble all the time. Not only that wen we go out, he treats his brother; he's a grown *** man. I don't think he should invade our brand new life like this.

I am from asian family and I have black friends. And yes, I still live in a city where we have segregated proms. My mother is "okay" with letting me go but her boyfriend who is white won't let me go. He said that he won't see his so called "daughter" to be seen in a black prom. He said that he won't let my name associate with those of blacks. I am a senior in high school and this prom means everything to me. I literally begged him and cried but it seems like nothing will change his mind. Please help! My mom said it don't matter to her. It's between me and him. I don't know what to do. This is devastating!

I have 2 daughters away at college and my youngest daughter is 14 and pretty self sufficient. My wife hasn't had a real job since we had kids but now she sits at home most of the day with nothing to do. She watches a lot of TV and naps several times a day. I know she does the laundry and cooks dinner once in a while but I'd rather she was working and making an income. It would really help us financially if she would work. Her last job was in a department store. I've dropped hints about working to her but she gets mad. What should I do?

I was dating this guy for 2 years. we lived together and all that. We had a house we were renting. so it was almost like we were married. His friends mother passed away so he moved in and another one of our friends moved in. So, any who me and him were perfect for about 6 months until the friends moved in. No more alone time or any of that. So, i guess in a way i got needy for time, so when he had to much or got confused he would move out. He never cheated on me or anything like that. Anyways, so we have been broken up now for about 9 months and we have been debating if we were going to work things out. And as of 2/14 i gave up. Well, i met this great guy and he treats me awesome and today THE EX called. and now im all confused bc of course he still has my heart and i still love him. He said that he's stupid and that he loves me. And maybe i dont even need advice as much as to get this off my chest. Anyways, thanks.

I love both of my parents and my sister very much. My father is a sociopath and since I was in third grade he manipulated me and played me against my mother. Of course, now, I see it was all a bunch of lies. He walked out last year but I still feel like I am emotionally scarred. I don't feel like I can talk to my mom and I feel like my sister will only support my mother and tell her everything. I think my father lied to me so much I developed a emotional disorder. My bf and I have been with each other for 5 years now on and off. Now it is time that I am thinking of settling down. We are from diff caste and both of our parents had trouble accepting that. But now my parents are fine with it. The problem is his mother(no father). She is very diplomatic in handling it and she says that we can do whatever we want as long as we dont ask her to be involved. My parents will never accept that. My bf does not want to force her but neither of us want to get married without her consent. Now my parents want to talk with her but she does not want to. My bf does not want to force her into doing anything since she was a single mother and my bf feels obligated to her. Since he is the only son, she is all he has and will have to end up living with us. I am scared of how my life will turn out if there are such serious starting troubles. i met this guy in november and he goes to college in orgen but is from washington. he is the sweetest guy ive ever met and i really like him but am afraid it is too good to be true. his parents are going on this trip around the us and invited him if he was to pay half. he asked me to go and said he would pay my hole way. he write me letters because we cant talk much because he has no phone access where he is at and he makes me gifts signs that make me think he likes me because what guy would waste his time, he knows what he wants which is a wife and family which is what i want. we dont have sex because he is far away and i am sure he could get someone else if it was just that. so does he really like me or what?
