It's time to consider a restraining order. Stalking someone whether phone harassment or showing up somewhere and acting out is not legal. Nor is it safe for some depending on the situation. You can change your number and have it set as Private with the phone company, but I would seriously have a restraining order filed against her. If she comes in to your work, call the police. That starts a paper trail and can be used later against her if need be. Document, document, document and save everything you create. Note dates, names, times, occurrances, everything. I've gone through this myself with my current relationship and his ex girlfriend. She was exactly the same way. I filed a No Trespassing Order against her. She cannot call, show up etc..or she goes to jail. Period.

well theres no way around this, without someone getting hurt. people sometimes just cant take the truth. just tell her how it is for god sake, she cheated on you and your being too nice about the whole thing, now your little lady is disrupting your life and your allowing it to happen. just meet her somewhere face to face(because theres nothing more stright foward then face to face)and say to her the facts. 1. you cheated on me 2. we are not together anymore so i would like for you to stop coming around. and last but not least 3. GOOD BYE!
see, the problem with you is that your too nice, yelling at your co-workers is not good because that is your place of work!! that place where you work pays your bills( if your old enough to have bills) my point is that, thats your money shes playing with and your allowing her to do that.
just let know WHATS UP!! put your foot down and she will go away, trust me. the reason why she cheated on you was because you are too nice, she seems like the afla, she runs the show constantly and she cant be friends with someone as bossy as she is.
i bet your a great guy, and you have alot of lessons to learn, but take it from me. i will walk all over a guy if he's too nice even though i love him i just cant help myself. you leave yourself out in the open. protect yourself from pycho and about the phone. turn your phone on silent, stop giving her the slack to get ahold of you and find a new female friend ;)

You should tell her that you will get a restraining order if she attempts to contact you again. She's acting psycho and you shouldn't worry about hurting her feelings, what she's doing is not right.
