so i thought this guy was cute and went up to talk to him and he asked me for my number and i told him i didnt have a phone, so he gave me his number and i dont no if i should call him or not. he doesnt really talk to me, i usually have to go up to him and say hi. does anybody no what a 15-16 year old boy means when he asks for ur number and do guys actually want u to call them???

he wanted your # cause he thinks that you are attractive and he wants to take you out sometime,
so now that you got his # call him and see what it is that he really wants.

Miss ill be honest with you to me when a guy asks a women to call him they want something out of you. Thats not always the case but I will say be careful because you dont really know who to trust. Let me give you some advice dont always look at mens looks they dont matter to much because appearence can change very easily these days. Try finding someone that has a great personality, and that wont hurt you. Good Luck

Maybe he's just more comfortable talking over the phone. Or maybe he wants to talk to you without other people around to listen. Give him a call and see what happens.

I don't miss being a teenager for this very reason. If someone asks for your number ... it's usually because he or she wants to talk to you.
I know that expressing these sentiments can be difficult ... but take it for what it is and call him back.

well, if you dont have a phone, then how does he expect you to call him?? and why dont you have a phone? and i dont just mean a cell phone. you do know that house lines have phone numbers right???
if he asked for your number, he wants to see you again, hence, needing to call to know where to find you. if he gives you his number, then he's hoping you will call him.
yikes. at 16 i would hope you'd know how that worked. geeze kids today arent that bright.

well it may be a form of flirting he`s just wanting to get closer to you,or maybe he really does want you to call him,id suggest that you do go ahead and call him,i hope Ive helped.
