In my will I have said that I want my second husband to bring up my son aged 10 who is NOT his son. His real father, who he sees occasionally isnt capable of looking after himself never mind my son.
My son loves his stepfather and is happy with the idea.
My ex husband knows nothing of our wishes, how do we stand legally and could my ex-husband cause problems

I'm a bigger girl but very beautiful I'm told. But when me and my man of two years have sex theres no foreplay. He dont really caress or touch me anywhere but downstairs. Regardless of age why boys always disbelieved whenever they get seriously sexually abuse (physically as well as mentally) by girls or women including family members? Why it is always assume that boys should enjoy it? Why they don't get punished instead of disbelieveing?

A college friend and I got on pretty well - we were both in our final year. At the end of the school year, I had the courage to ask this person out. They agreed, but it seemed to be more out of politeness. And I think this person just wanted to remain 'friends'. And that's fine.

However, since then it has been really awkward, and we haven't really talked. Late last year I emailed this person. A few weeks later I got an email back where this person said they had been in hospital. Naturally, I was worried. I've tried contacting this person a few times since then but with no reply. I'm still worried and want to keep this person as a friend because we got on really well. However, I also don't want to come across as a 'stalker'. What should I do?

After a year I finally told him that I like me. I did tell him that I need to be left alone for a while cause Im not sure if our relationship is just based on lust or something more. I don't want get physical and I want to take things slow. Its been 4 days since I spoke to him, he dropped me an email saying this...

Hi, i would like some advice here to see if i am overeacting or not.I have been with my boyfriend for 9 mths, im 31 he 40.I think the world off him and he is a fab guy, caring and considerate and fun. He has this 1 female friend who has been a friend of him and lots off his other friends for around 17 years, some are single and the rest married or commited.This friend in question split from her bf off 10 years and b4 she split she already had another guy in place.She is the same age as me.When my bf and i first started going out they wud off went for walks 2gether etc, i tried not to think bout it 2 much at the time. They have never been an item but he did ask her out a lot of years ago and she said no.She never seems to be about her own man a great deal, she wud visit my boyfriends good friend who lives near he is divorced , and she wud be at his house to 1pm in the morning.she rang my bf last week and he was busy so she hung up.she text him 2day 2 ask for dinner,no mention of me.????

i have joint family with aunt living with us from last 10 or 12 yrs . Trust me she has made my life like hell ..i am facing mental torture since i was a kid .she does lot of things to bother me and my parents like using loudspeakers early in the morning . throwing water from upper portion using bad words for us ,bringing joint family;s money into her parents . etc etc .. And i am seeing it from number of years and my parents did nothing to stop her because they know if they try 2 stop her she may launch false complaint or blackmail us with legal help ..(as law always favour woman no matter who is wrong) ..But now i am really sick from it . what should i do ? is their any way to get rid from her . ..because when i was kid and it was my age of enjoyment i was too much worried about family problems created by her .. ..

decided to be friends w/benefits cause either of us ave never tryed it. well he did and he started telling me he had strong feelings for me and that he cared alot about me all of a sudden i was starting to fell the same way. I have been married for four years. my husband may have a child outside of our marriage. He went to get tested and the mother did not show up. now he has order a test over the enternet for her child and mines. I'm hurt because my child was born in 2003 and he never question if she was his. The test arrived today, I'm allowing him to give it to her I"m 100 percent sure. He is suppose to give her child a test as well. However, she has another child that is not his and everytime his son comes over she has to come. I don't agree with because when I married him he had no contact with his child. He has been in the court system while dealing with her. He has cheated on me with her while I was pregnant, even goiog to the extend of moving in with her doing our marriage. Now he's opening up old wounds. He expect for me to allow her other child who is elven to come over when he does. He said, he fell like that his child. That she was in the picture before his other kids. I'm married to him.
