Girls don't deny that Jolie, Alba, Lima, etc are beautiful.
Guys know Pitt, etc are.
Why are they still straight?

Because they are normal people...its not normal to physically 'desire' everything you think is beautiful.
I think poodles are cute too....but I don't find either poodle sex attractive to me personally

STraight is actually about being a masculine gendered, mainstream, regular guy, eventbough the western heterosexual socioety has misleadingly defined it as "heterosexual".
Most straight men have a sexual interest in men, but there is so much hostilitty, and pressure on men to be heterosexual and to prove their repulsion to male eroticism in the heterosexual west that they just suppress/ hide/ disown their sexual interest in men. But in non-heterosexual countries, spaces, most regular, masculine gendered, mainstream guys (in other words straight) are open to male-eroticism, often in a big way (although I believe it is mostly non-anal/ oral sex ------ which is more a 'homosexual' thing).
E.g. till a few years ago in India, before its heterosexualisation, men readily accepted that all men have a sexual thing for men. they even had a name for it "masti", i.e. sexual play between 'straight' men.
A man could easily say that he likes a certain guys looks and is drawn to him sexually too. They call a sexy, good looking guy in India as "chikna" and his friends would often touch him sexually, in playful, "masti" saying he is so "chikna".
In the west men are even scared to hold each other's hands, or even to sit next to each other, let alone kiss each other socially or playfully. None of this is normal and it points to the fact that heterosexuality in the west has reached a point of being a grave sickness. and such fear of each other is indeed unmanly/ queer, if you look at manhood from biological/ non-western culture point of view.
Indeed, men who are exclusively heterosexual naturally would be no more than 5% in a society with another 10% who are predominantly heterosexual. And these men will not be the regular, mainstream, guys type. In other words they are not really straight. They will be more like queers. Do you know that more than 90% of transgendered males are heterosexual. I mean you need a strong woman in you to be able to relate with a woman and be comfortable with having in your very personal space for a long time. masculinity and femininity are not so compatible. A real straight man will not have any interest in a woman beyond ejaculation. Thus, heterosexuality is not straight, HETEROSEXUALITY IS QUEER.

Well, everybody is attracted to beauty, some people might even be turned on when watching those perfect individuals of the same gender. Question is if you ever get to the real situation, being put in the same room with the person for whom you seemed to have aspirations, would you really do it? Fantasizing is one thing, being gay/lesbian in reality - quite another.

don't you mean what makes people gay when they find people of the same gender attractive?
its is a person's soul or spirit that makes someone attractive to another person.
