Yes, I firmly believe in what goes around, comes around. It's been a fact of life time & time again. I'm gonna tell you something extremely personal that happened to me when I was a child to prove my point.
When I was 7-years old, I was molested/raped by my step-father over & over & over again. He used to take me out into the woods with a gun & ask me, "do you want me to kill you?" Of course, I was terrified & crying my eyes out begging him not to kill me. Everytime he hurt me, he threatened to kill me & my family if I told anybody. We'll, I never did until my mother finally left this man. My mother never pressed charges against this pedaphile, he got away with it all these years & not only did it to me but other little girls as well. Sadly, my mother knew exactly what was going on & did nothing about it. I found out when I got older. My point is, here I am all grown up now. I'm in my 30's & I hear this horrible monster that did this to me NOW HAS CANCER IN HIS TESTICLES AND IS DIEING A SLOW HORRIBLE DEATH. Talk about what goes around, comes around or call it karma. You do bad things to people, it's gonna come back around to you ten fold. I don't mean by the persons hand literally that was hurt. I mean in one way or another.
linda, I am so sorry that your fella left you & your precious baby for a model. That is very sad & I feel for you. It looks like you can get some kind of satisfaction knowing that this model girl drained his bank accounts, then left him. He got what he deserved. *Karma*

I definitely believe in that saying, but in a different sense than how you believe it, I think.
It all has to do with your way of thinking. When you do enough bad things, even though you don't realize it, that changes the way you see the world. You're more likely to think people are out to take advantage of you if you are the type who would take advantage of people, for instance. That's just the way you start to think the world works because that's how you are used to acting.
Well, then when something bad happens to you, there it is. It's nothing but bad, because you've been doing bad for so long that all you see is bad. The exact same event could happen to a person who does good, though, and it wouldn't seem so bad. Because that person does good things, which brings out the best in the people that person interacts with, and gives that person a sense that the world is ultimately a good place. That person can then fall back on that notion when something bad happens and it softens the blow.
So while whether you are a good person or a bad person has nothing to do with the events that happen to you, it has a lot to do with how good your life is.
And I think that by clinging to the petty notion that people who wronged you are going to be punished in some way that you can clearly see and laugh at--that's just setting yourself up for a whole lot of disappointment. You just have to move on.

In your case you got to believe that it's true. Once more you were lucky to have witnessed it first hand. In general by and large what goes around eventually does come around. Some people get cocky and press their luck thinking that nothing can touch them. Sooner or later they cross the wrong person or transgress the wrong space. It's jerks like them (your ex included) that deserve every bit of what they have coming. There is no need to wish bad luck on others as they have all the means at their disposal to screw things up for themselves. Amen to karmic destiny.

Haha must not have been a very good model if she bled him dry. Sounds like he was thinking with the wrong head but its still not cool to sit and relish the thought of a succubus's success. =P

Yes totally. I believe that you should treat people how you want to be treated and if you are disrespectful to someone or do something bad this will only come back and bight you on the bum when your not expecting it to. Glad that this happens as then people get a taste of there own medician!

absolutely.maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, maybe you will not even know that it came around, but most definitely it does.maybe not even in the same way,he left you-somebody leaves him,but be assured that he will get what he deserved.as in your case is proved to be right.one guy long time ago told on me for some things and years later i saw him and he was miserable, with his job and his life in general.i don't think that anybody told on him and made his life hell, but the fact that he was so unhappy with himself was enough for me.

a absolutely believe in karma, i believe that for every action their is an equal and opposite reaction. i believe god put into law a moral and spiritual thing, and when we break these laws, we are just reaping what we sowed in the first place.
