Bro calm down, u said u just got off work right? well just maybe she is sleeping. Dont over do it, if ur this anal just for a call back then she is going to think that ur gonna be like that all the time. so just take a deep breath and relax. Maybe she went to sleep earlier....I'd wait for her to call you back, you dont want to seem desperate. If she doesnt, joke about it next time you see her (at work) ...be like " So we had a great conversation the other night..oh wait..no we didnt!" and laugh...she'll take it from there

Don't be so clingy, you'll freak her out or she'll think your a stalker. Maybe she's busy right now and when she has time she'll text you back, but if you keep texting or phoning, you'll put her off. You'll see her at work, and if she gave you her number then she must like you so just relax or you'll scare her away.

WAIT for her next move. DON'T start bugging her, she'll run from u. She's probably tired. Also, its a BAD idea to date anyone from work-it always gets uncomfortable at some point.

yes you should, if you rang her up she didn't answer text her, send her some messages.
if she don't answer back keep sending as i used to do to my x boyfrend after we splat up and i want to be back with him i did this whay and he replied back to me some time he don't but he still reading my message that is meant he care about the messages i sent him
