There is a girl at my school, she is in one of my classes and my lunch. We talk in class and at lunch, we are pretty good friends. She strikes up a conversation when I see her in the hall, she laughs at my jokes, and seems to turn red a little when I talk to her sometimes. She keeps eye contact with me when we are talking. I've seen some out of control kids lately, and I had a thought that maybe part of the problem is they have to much freedom. Within the last 50 years or so, our society has rebelled more and more, and I thought about it and it occured to me that alot of these younger kids just want to think of themselves as adults and all that comes with that. I was thinking maybe they haven't been given enough respnosobiltitys, and it would be helpful if parents gave them things to contribute to the family situation. that way they felt they belonged and played a role and new they were important. "Let them be kids" well do you remember chores and responsibility and more important accountability. I think its lacking to much, and would help if parents started giving there children a role to play in the family other then just being a kid.
What do you think, and what do you think has caused such huge change in the way these kids behave today?

He said that he has always thought about sex as violent and very dirty. He never associated it with love. He says that he is trying to change his thought pattern right now into blending sex and love together which is very hard for him. He says that he has these personal issues to work out. He hasn't been really interested in sex since we got married 2 weeks ago. He said that when he was with girls before he met me sex was just sex and he didn't care about the girls at all. It is since he met me and got married that he has to get used to sex and love together. He says that he has to change about realizes that sex isn't a game anymore. I guess I am not a guy and do not understand fully. Any men experienced anything like this?

I am a married woman, but have recently met another woman that tickles my fancy. My husband and I should not have married in the first place, but we did and although we love each other we don't like eachother. We are constantly fighting and never are able to see eye-to-eye. We have children and that is the reason that I stay, and I try to distinguish between the two evils of either raising children in a dysfunctional home or a broken home and since neither is right, I often find myself beating myself up or neglecting how I feel and for some reason this seems like the right thing to do seeing as my children couldnt pick thier parents. This other woman feels just like what I need and she is there exactly when I need her and has been for some time now. At first I felt bad about seeing her, but now I don't. I feel that my relationship with her is just as bad as his relationship with the nudie store. Thanks for listening I needed to vent.

In my openion, about 70% of all america top model contestents very ugly. with the rest only marginally acceptable, am I the only one who feel this way,
also how many guys out there like that attidue models tend to take, you know, the way they look at the camera with an expression of contempt, I find it so turning off when I see a girl who takes the attitude that she is too good for the surrounding.
what happened to shy girls ?? why we never see that attitude in all the models photo

My ex-husband has said some really nasty things to me and his words keep ringing in my head.

He has called me selfsh, stubborn and dishonest. He also left me voicemails saying that I am a "mental case."

He also blames me for abandoning our child when he has sole physical and legal custody since he lives in another state. I did not want to fight him during the divorce and gave it to him. He moved to another state and left our child with his mother. I repeatedly asked him to send her to me and he did not agree.

I stayed in his house for a few weeks and he calls me a "thief." I did not take anything of his from the house.

How do I not let his words haunt me and make me feel bad about myself?

Do you believe in the saying " Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me"? I feel like a fool, I let my husband come back into my and our kids life twice. He just left after a year back together. We were together 14 years. But it is really hard to move on after that long together. I know I can't ever let him come back again. He will probablly just end up leaving us again. What do you think?
