theres this guyi like and he likes me i am pretty sure. we talk in school and he flirts with me a little bit and stufff. but wen i talk to him online he acts like he doesnt like me at all and he says so. but in school and stuff he acts totally different. why does he act mean and teases me online?

He does that because he doesn't have to see you face to face, so it is easier for things to slide. It can also be that online he is flirting with you, but because you can't see if face or tone of voice, it seems sarcastic or mean in your mind.

Well, he may just be trying to act like a "player" in front of everyone in school, but once no ones around he just acts like his regular ***hole self. Or he could just be a tool like Rich W said. There is a very slim possibility that he likes you though. But it's as slim as a blade of grass.

He may not realize he's being mean, or may be trying to joke around...but if he's serious then you should move on and not waste time with someone who doesn't treat you right all of the time. Every women deserves a guy who will respect them, love them and treat them with devotion...and if he can't offer that to you all the time then maybe he's not worth the effort.

I can see it if it was the other way around, I wish I could help you, but why don't you ask him when you see him in school why he is acting that way. and what he says on line is true, if it is move on and forget him, find some one that will give you the respect that you need and is himself and not pretending to be something that he is not. good luck.

Sounds like a split personality, I would ask him what is up with why he is so rude when your online talking. Perhaps he doesn't realize it sounds mean , he probably just thinks he is being cute.
