theres this guy he stares at me all the time ,but he also says that he doesnt like me how do i tell if he does.

well if you ask him if he likes you he will probably say that he doesnt and just because he says he doesnt like you doesnt mean that he does not like you. catch my drift. just ask him out or something wut do ya got to lose

He probably has a staring problem, trust me I know a guy who's the same thing. But, it's either that or he does like you and is to shy to tell you so all he can do is look at you. Pay more attention to him and ask again. :0

if he is always staring at you like you say he is, then he probably likes you.
90 percent of communication is non-verbal. eye contact is the most definitive clue that someone is interested in you.

properly how does he act around you. if he acts lke he desires to get your interest or the two he acts cool around then you yeah he likes you. yet whilst he acts like he properly hes advise or doggs then you no he dont such as you.
