i have been talking to this guy for a year now. we both really like each other but hes just really busy with three jobs. the other day he called me up and told me that he didnt like me waithing for him and he just wanted me to be happy but not with him. so i asked him if he ever really liked me. he told me yes but he just wants to be friends because he has so much stuff going on right now and he dont want me to wait for him to get his life straight. do you think that i still have a chance with him and that hes just saying that because im waithing around and he just cant give me the attention he thinks i deserve right now. or do you think that he never even liked me and he was just scared to tell me. but he also told me that he would consider a relationship with me right now if he had his life straight and wasnt working all the time. im so confused. help.

She is his best female friend. They grew up together and dated each other for a little while long time ago. She went to see my bf over the summer when I was at his house, but she didn’t want to come in because she didn’t like anyone he dated. She wanted to pick up and went somewhere with him. But I made my bf to let her come in and meet me. She hates me and doesn’t want to see me again simply because I am dating him. (I was pretty nice when we met). Now she wants to see him alone. I trust him that he won’t have sex with her and he won’t date her. Because she has such a broken life (single mom, doesn’t have a good job, and a lot more…). There is no way my bf want to leave me and go back to her. But I still do not feel right if he goes to see her alone. I just don’t understand why they can not talk in front of me? Under this circumstance should I let him go? Or did I ask too much? I appreciate any comments on it. (I apologize that I deleted the previous one by accident)

MY cousin is a guy and he got his eyebrows waxed, his right ear pierced,and he keeps wearing these long sleeved shirts that are tight around him he still likes girls but he hangs out with a lotta girls such as me and my friends. he hangs out with a couple guys, i feel soo sorry for him cause his best guy friend, and a lot of other people start to make fun of him and he hides behind his School Planner, he used to be populaur untill this happened me and his cousins and guy cousins dont care what he looks like except one of my friends that cares only for herself. but what could i do??? i feel sooo bad for him, and is he gay, or still straight...i don't know....i havent even seen him during breakfast when he always eats with us!!!!!

My teenage girlfriend's birthday is in about a month. I need to think of something special to get her but nothing too expensive. I would prefer it to be under $100 if possible. I got her a necklace for Christmas and roses and a teddy bear for Valentine's Day, so those aren't really options. Any suggestions?

I have been dating a man for 9 mos, we're both in our 30's. He has been the sweetest, kindest man I've ever met. Always doing thoughtful things, likes my kids, he'd send text messages throughout the day, we'd talk on the phone every night for at least an hour. We live an hour apart, but he spent every weekend here. He said he loved me all the time, even talked about marriage in the future. In all this time, we never argued, until last week, and it was over something trivial.

Now, he's not calling, only texts if I do first, and isn't answering my calls. His last message said, "I care about you a lot, I just need a break."

Is this just a way of breaking up without actually saying it? Or is this a way of dealing with his anger of the argument? I don't understand how someone's feelings and attitude could change so suddenly. And before you say just ask him, I have. I just keep getting the I need a break answer.

Ok I'll try to make it short even though it's a long story. My ex-boyfriend dumped me one year ago & we only dated for shotr while. We never had sex cz he knew I'm saving myself for marriage. He would still contact me on msn even though HE ended it. 2 months ago he called me & planned a whole thing, a movie. Two days later he picked me up, we saw the movie, then he drove me home. I asked him why he wanted to see me after all this time, he said "I wanna see u every once in awhile". I felt like the date was rushed so when i got home, I went on msn & said bye forever to him, he said sorry but I logged out. I went on msn a week later to apologize & he seemed very happy & fine & said he wasn't mad at all. Then he went on a trip. When he came back, i asked him on msn how it was. Then 2 weeks ago I said hi to him again. He hasn't said hi to me on msn since out li' meetup.Is he ignoring me & did I scare him off? What's going through his mind now? He's 26 while I'm 21.

Our marriage is horrible. We have a 5 and 2 year old, one more on the way. I love my kids dearly, and they are the only reason I have stayed in this relationship. My wife is always in a bad mood. Always acts as if she hates me! We have absolutely nothing in common. We have had sex maybe a dozen times in the last 8 years, and have gone as long as two years without it. I have never cheated on her. We can hardly have a conversation without it becoming an argument. Anytime I attempt to kiss or hug her she pulls away, and of course the kids see this lack of affection and disrespect. They are starting to mimmick this behaviour, and she thinks it is funny. She has never in 8 years of marriage, ever once kissed, hugged or said I love you to me without it being said to her first!

I have suggested counseling, but of course she won't go because she claims I am the problem!

I can't take it anymore. What would you do?

I've been dating him for over 2 years now, and they broke over 3 years ago. He was honest with me, (after I saw a text message she sent him), and told me that he called her just to say hi. I trust our relationship, and I think he loves me. What really bothers me if that when I asked him if he told her that he has a girlfriend (me), he told me that he didn't tell her because they didn't really talked that much. I haven't asked him about her anymore, even though I feel tempted to ask him if he called her again, or if she called him. He says that he realized after talking to her how much he loves me, and that she is the DEVIL. Should I trust him totally? I did it with my ex-husband, and now he is living with his ex-girlfriend. I love my BF a lot, and he treats me very well, I have no complaints, so far...He says that he is totally over her, but I'm under the impression that she might try to keep contacting him because she is now divorced!!

Engaged a year. He has been hanging out with his male friends almost every free waking minute since. I have invited him to go out with couples to dance, he won't go(says he only goes to those places to meet someone, he already has someone, but he doesn't mind if I go without him??) He won't go to movies, etc. This weekend they had a 'boys night out'. This hurt. he can go out with his friends but not me? I decided to go out also. Little did I know he was going to be where I decided to go. I went up and said hi and he completely ignored me. So, I went dancing with another guy. I came home when the club closed. He didn't come home until 6am and won't tell me where he was. We barley talked since. Then, I started telling him why I did it. (I was hurt he ignored me and I didn't expect to see him there he told me they were going somewhere else. I am also hurt he doesn't go anywhere with me.) He said 'I don't want to deal with you now.' and he said I should move out If. Did he ever care?
