There's really nothing much you could do but to give yourself the time to heal emotionally. How you do this is entirely up to you. Some guys just jump into dating many women and continuously just do it out of spite. Others take up some hobbies and allow themselves to be distracted.

Whatever you choose, be safe. Don't be wreckless. It's only temporary. Life continues. Do not do anything that will leave you regretting your actions for the rest of your life.

You are beginning to experience what life is about dating. Dating is something that you try to find someone that will fit your life just right. Don't let it get you down for too long. If you hold any reminders of your relationship, throw them away. The last thing you need is to have pictures, messages, letters, and every reminder of her thrown out and removed from your life permanantly. You won't begin the healing and forgetting until you do this. It will do you no good to keep reminders of her. She's moved on. You should too. In the end, you'll come to realize that the pain eventually fades with time, as long as you give yourself space from feeling anything about her; that's where removing all reminders of her come into play.

Best wishes

It's okay. Really. I'm a girl, and I understand. Usually, it's becuase she doesn't like you like that anymore and likes you as a friend.

For right now, just hang in there, and have some SELF-CONFIDENCE!!!!!!!!

it's really the best thing that you can do, and if you ever think of getting a new girlfriend, then GO FOR IT!!!!! After all, the good thing about her breaking up with you is that you won't have to feel guilty about dating right after the break-up.

Hang in there and I hope this helps!!!!

I know the feeling, when I got unceremoniously dumped...I just got the hell away from the scene of the event. Unfortunately the one who hurt mefell ill and passed on, I still live with the pain...so, my advice to you...don't go looking for a mate...you'll end up right back where you are now...let love find you.

what you do is first cry it out until u cant cry anymore!! then forgive yourself for anything you did wrong and next time dont do it..this is how you grow as a better person. If you didnt do anything wrong, just remember what goes aroung comes around and way wa or another at some point in their life they will feel the pain too or worse. when you are really depressed and are crying your balls out.....pray this and i promise u feel better..but you have to say it like u mean it (put your hand on your chest and say.."god this is to difficult for me to handle right now and i need your help , i leave it all in your hands"
