I think hes a pretty cool guy, not wanting you to waste you time waiting for him...but I think that if you really like him, and are willing to wait for him then tell him that u dont care, and that u want to wait for him. And if he really likes you and all that he will say ok and just let you wait.

liking somebody does not conflict with whether one is SO busy with something - 1, ,2, 3 or even a zillionn jobs, for that matter! commiting with somebody for a relationship is entirely another thing. having so many other things in one's life could affect that relationship.
you asked him if he liked you, he answered and he added a BUT clause. he already gave an aswer to something which you haven't even asked yet.
he may have answered the "liking" part positively, but he took a step further and gave you an answer right away in the "commiting" part, long before he's supposed to decide on it. don't waste your time thinking of the what ifs; you were already given the answer long before you asked about it.

i undrstand how you feel ryt nw.but here is my opinion about your situation......since he told you that he does like you as well and would consider havng relationship with you, then i thnk he like you and have this feeling speciall for you...but the thing is,maybe he is just confuse ryt nw on how to handle his life and unsure of what he really wants because a person who really knws what he wants should take all the risk to have someone with him even if how busy life is.....loving is surpassing all the inequities that we have in our life,so having 3 jobs is not an excuse not to have any relationships

Rare would be the person that found someone they were deeply interested in and they couldn't find "some" time for them. Sounds like he could be wanting an out and doesn't want to hurt you. Don't hang on, you do deserve to find someone that has time for you!

Its simple...he doesn't want a relationship with you, but he doesn't want to hurt you. Let him alone. And MOVE ON!!! When a man really wants to be with a woman, he can have 10 jobs, and still find time for you.

i think that if you want to wait fot him, you should, and dont just wait, tell him that you are going to. maybe if he hears that he might try to get it together faster, or at least make some time for you. if some one told me that he was going to wait for me i would be with that person anyway. even if i didnt have time, i would make time.

Listen to what he says, don't try to figure him out. If he says don't wait, he means it. Men say what they mean. Move on.
