Ok well my boyfriend and I are starting to plan our wedding.. My parents(mom and step dad) agreed to pay for the reception as long as we keep it to 125 guests and my "real" dad is paying for the DJ , photographer and videographer and his parents are paying for the bar ... well see the thing is he has 2 brothers and 4 sisters 2 of his sisters he is pretty close to but the other 2 he barely talks to the one showed up at our son's 1st birthday party brought her boyfriend and his kid who weren't invited and she didn't bring a gift or a card which you know if your really broke ok but at least get a card!!! and the other sister hasn't even seen our son he is 16 months old and she hasn't seen him or sent a card hasn't even called to say congratulations.. we sent invitations to her for my shower and his 1st birthday and every christmas we sent a card with pictures in it and she still hasn't even acknowledge that we had a baby!!

I love him and he says he loves me, but also tells me i'm selfish.. he says i don't listen to him unless he agrees with me & i do things w/o thinking of his feeling, but i do. In everythin i do that affects the realtionship i think about the effects it has on both of us, but he disagrees. He says although i am selfish he still wants to be w/me becuz beyound that part of me i'm a great person...it makes no sense y some1 would want to be with a selfish person.. I told him that we should break up, but he called me a quitter and said i was quitting on us, but how can i be in this knowin dat i maybe selfish

i m in college.And i m not attractive......so no girls...at least i think so?


problem is when they hear about me frm a third person,see my name on the achievers list...sports,academics,computers,project....they r into me. Then BOOM..they see me n i m doomed.

How do i let go?
I've been having a deep crush on someone at work for the past 2 years. Things got complicated since we used to be close friends and some tension existed between us. We never did it since he already has a gf overseas. Eventually, he told me I was too weird for him to be friends with and it hurt my feelings. We had ignored each other for over a month and finally I went up to him and told him that we should just say hi. Today I almost ran into him, and he did say hello. I guess the question I am asking is do how do i let go? It's obvious that he doesn't have the same feelings for me and we will never be together.

I kinda like this one boys at school ( note: kinda ) All my friends are telling him that i really really like him, and are asking him out for me. I don't want them to, and I don't want him to think that I am telling them to. Do you think he will get mad if I ask him myself? We are good friends and knew each other for about 4-5 years, so I know him well, and he knows me well, but I can't tell if he likes me back. Should i ask him?

I'm planning a bridal shower for my sister-in-law and I'm sort of stumped on what prizes I should give out for the games. I need about 12 gifts and it's a couples shower, so something that both girls and guys would like. I was thinking about a couple of cookbooks maybe, or some kitchen stuff? It can't be wine because the shower is going to be in a church and no alcohol allowed. And the bride doesn't want me to give out gift cards (not sure why!) so that's not an option either. I want to go skiing this weekend, but my GF's grandma is pretty sick and she wants us to go visit her. The thing is I am begining to see my GF's mean side. She is a master at putting other people down. She always dress's like a hoochie mama. She does'nt know when to keep her mouth shut. It's starting to really turn me off. She will verbally attack people and it's embarassing. I want a sweet, nice, decent girl with a forgiving spirit. Should I tell her and give her a chance to change?

Some clients/friends of mine who are about 10 years older then me have a 7 year old son. I had a petsitting business and would care for the pets while they were away. A year ago I had a baby and married a man with 3 boys, 12, 15, 17. These clients recently sent me a typed note accusing me of stealing linkin logs from the home. Ive cared for the home for over 7years now with no problems. When I found out I was pregnant I stopped my business altogether. I am innocent of such a crime. They asked me to return the logs and put them on the patio and I didnt need to ring the doorbell. We didnt take this item and besides if we wanted something why that? And we have the money to buy are own if we wanted. These people are well off in money. What would your come back be? Should I write note back saying why now and this of all things then buy the logs and say see ya! What should we do.

Fell madly in love with this guy, but am mature enough to wait to let him take the first moves. He said he loved me, slept with me..then told me to back off. I did. He pursued, I let him, relationship progressed, he moved in with me...asked me to marry him. Planning our wedding, then we get into a fight & he said all sorts of nasty things about my past & me. My twin died an infant. My mother said little or nothing about him that I can remember. She and my father are now dead. I have his birth certificate and nothing else. Surviving family members know nothing. I want to know how he died and what happened to his remains but I havent a clue where to begin.

Here is my history:

Married 4 years, never really been all that married :( ... Lived seperate lives more or less... no intimacy, have gone long periods (as long as a year) without s#x.
She has totally become my roomate / sister / freind. While I do care for her I am not remotely in love with her... We have gone through about 25 counseling sessions with multiple counselours. We have tried to do daring things together BUT it is always forced and painful, no ebb no flow. She is in SEVERE denial, still thinking we can "work it out'... I wish I felt the same way. Just really depressed looking for some advice... Also she is in her mid - 30's and in wanting children and there is NO WAY in heck, that I would bring a child in to such a un-healthy relationship.

Well there this girl at my science who sometimes keep looking at

My best friend just found out that her boyfriend is going to be incarcerated for some years and she plans on waiting on him to come home. I have been trying to tell her that she would be wasting precious years only to have him come home and move on with someone else. She just doesn't understand that he is just using her so she can visit, write, money in account ect. The sad part is that she is young, (early twenties). Why does she feel she has to wait on him..Can you all give her some insight. Maybe if I show her some responses other than from myself it might help.
