i love this girl i work with and we get on great !! she is single and i have given her the hint that i would like to have a relationship with her, and she said she did not want to have a relationship as she has just come out of a 6 year one, and does not want anything just yet, please help !!

We can't help you hunny buns. She already gave you her answer, and to keep trying she may just think you are harassing her. She may need time, and she may just be using that as an excuse because she isn't attracted to you in that way.

Have you ever had a long tern relationship with anyone? If yes, then RESPECT that this gal is hurting and wants to have some quality time on her own, it doesn't mean she doesn't like you or anything it just means that she is NOT ready to commit herself yet. Now you know why us women are far superior to you men because you are so crass at relationship matters, you just go out there all guns blazing, wanna lay some poor soul who is more than likely deeply heartbroken but does that bother you guys??
