Neither are a great idea, but a 13 year old that looks 17 will 1. get you into a bunch of trouble and 2. must have already had a hard life. At 13 she should be playing with barbies and chatting on the phone with her friends, not trying to get with a 17 year old boy. And why would you, a 17 year old, senior in high school, want a 13 year old anyway? No matter what her body may look like, her MIND is definitely too young for you. In both cases I would suggest moving on.

dating a girl who is 13 but looks 17 is worse. why? becuase shes 4 years younger than you (which isnt much in the long run but youre still talking school years and especially you'll be 18 next year, clubbing, driving, smoking, drinking and she'll still be 14!).. pus if a 13 yr old looks 17 i think shes probably a sk@nk because noone 13 should be able to fool someone thinking they are nearly legal.. why would a 13 yr old want to look that much older?
im dating a guy whos 21 (i turn 20 in couple of months) an eveyrone says he looks 17.. but then again people say i look young too an ask what grade im in at school haha. you need to date somone your own age you'll have more in common an the relationship will last longer.

Dating a girl who is 13, but looks 17. The reason why is because people will take the piss out of you and that girl who is 13, also her's and your parents will probably disagree on having a relationship together.

going out with a 13 that looks 17, both legaly (if sex is involved) and moraly. The other way round is legaly ok and nothing wrong moraly but i couldn't do with the hassle of explaining she is 17. I'd in that case ask her to dress and do sumit that makes her look her age.
Don't make the mistake of going with a 13 yo cause shes still v young and only just entered adulthood and will be very imature and naive and. where as you much older and in some cases yes still imature but more mature than she is. Find someone your age or older and let the 13 yo live her life as you don't get those responsibility free years back. The best way to go.
And if its that you have to be with her or she don't let you go explain to and wait untill she's more mature and understanding that way you don't have the hassle of dealing with someone whos just come out of childhood and technically is still a child.

The latter. When you are 17 you can be classified as an adult. She is still a child. The phrase statutory rape comes to mind. In other words, if she looks 13 and she is 17, that's fine... because she is your age. 13 is just wrong, dude!
